P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use terhadap trust in platform dan pengaruh hedonic value, utilitarian value, terhadap trust in platform dan trust in driver, serta pengaruh trust in platform dan trust in driver terhadap continuance intention pada pengguna aplikasi ride hailing di Jabodetabek. Desain penarikan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diolah berasal dari 200 responden kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif perceived usefulness, hedonic value, utilitarian value terhadap trust in platform. Terdapat pengaruh positif hedonic value, utilitarian value terhadap trust in driver. Terdapat pengaruh positif trust in platform terhadap trust in driver. Terdapat pengaruh positif trust in platform dan trust in driver terhadap continuance intention. Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif perceived ease of use terhadap trust in platform. Dalam penelitian ini menemukan utilitarian value merupakan pengaruh paling kuat dalam hal meningkatkan trust in platform. Selain itu, trust in platform dan trust in driver merupakan hal yang perlu dipertimbangan untuk meningkatkan continuance intention. Untuk meningkatkan trust in platform, manajer dapat membuat fitur tambahan di aplikasi ride hailing seperti go plan, go next, vehicle filters, dan my reward. Untuk meningkatkan trust in driver, manajer dapat meningkatkan fitur di aplikasi ride hailing seperti vehicle priority dan subscription package. Untuk meningkatkan continuance intention, manajer dapat meningkatkan fitur live tracking atau check my ride serta menambah fitur my guarantee dimana pelanggan dapat mengklaim garansi berupa voucher discount perjalanan apabila driver datang tidak tepat waktu atau driver tidak melakukan pekerjaannya dengan benar.

T The study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceved ease of use on trust in platform and the influences of hedonic value, utilitarian value, on trust on platform and trust in driver, as well as the impact of trust in Platform and trustin driver on continuuance intention on users of ride hailing applications in Jabodetabek. The sampling design used in this study was non-probability samplings with purposive sampled techniques. The data was processed from 200 respondents and then the data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling method. (SEM). The results of this study showed that there was a positive influence of perceived usefulness, hedonic value, utilitarian value on trust in platforms. There is a positive impact of hedonic values, utilitarian values upon trust in drivers. There was a positive impact of trust in the platforms on the trust in driver. There has been a positive effect of trusting the platform and trusting in the driver on the continuuance intention. No positive impact has been achieved by the Perceived ease of use on trust in the platform. In this study it has been found that utilitarian value is the strongest influence in terms of increasing trust in a platform. Besides, trust in platform and trust in driver are things to consider to increase continuuance intention. To increase trust in the platform, managers can create additional features in the ride hailing app such as go plan, go next, vehicle filters, and my reward. To enhance trust in drivers, the manager can enhance features of the ride hailing application such as vehicle priority and subscription package. To improve continuuance intention, the managers may enhance the live tracking or check my ride features as well as add my guarantee features where customers can claim a travel voucher discount guarantee if the driver does not arrive on time or does not do his job properly.
