Perancangan ulang tata letak pabrik menggunakan algoritma blocplan dan craft pada pt. Xyz
P PT. XYZ bergerak di bidang manufaktur alat kesehatan dan diagnostic, ingin memastikan seluruh sistem, prosedur dan infrastruktur yang dibangun memenuhi standar lokal dan global. Produk-produk alat kesehatan yang dihasilkan diantaranya adalah Elvalene, Elvadio, Elvacryl, Elvamono, Elvarapid, Elvaplain, dan Elvachromic. PT. XYZ menggunakan tipe produksi make-to-order. Diketahui layout pabrik yang digunakan adalah tipe Process Layout. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah PT. XYZ ingin menambah kapasitas produksi pada produk Elvacryl karena terjadi kenaikan permintaan oleh distributornya sebanyak pieces dari 90 pieces per-bulan. Dalam penelitian ini, algoritma konstruktif BLOCPLAN (Block Layout Overview with Computerized Planning using Logic and Algorithm) dipilih untuk merancang ulang layout dengan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, kemudian hasil tata letak terpilih diperbaiki dengan algoritma perbaikan CRAFT (Computerized Planning using Logic and Algorithm) untuk menghasilkan tata letak perbaikan akhir. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian pada PT. XYZ adalah mendapatkan hasil rancangan tata letak yang terbaik. Data BLOCPLAN diperoleh melalui layout awal pabrik, peta proses operasi, waktu baku, routing sheet, activity relationship chart,from to chart, activity relationship diagram, dan area allocation diagram, yang kemudian diolah data menggunakan skala prioritas pada perhitungan layout score. Hasil layout dengan nilai layout score tertinggi dijadikan input perbaikan pada algoritma CRAFT berupa data departemen, biaya, layout terpilih, dan parameter sehingga dihasilkan output berupa iterasi layout, rekapitulasi biaya, dan area allocation diagram tata letak terbaik. Hasil evaluasi tata letak awal menghasilkan total jarak perpindahan sebesar 1090,46 meter per hari dan total biaya material handling sebesar Rp 225.444,37. Sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh dari algoritma BLOCPLAN (Block Layout Overview with Computerized Planning using Logic and Algorithm) menjadi 1054,13 meter per hari dengan biaya material handling sebesar Rp. 220.024,22 per hari atau menurun sebesar 3% dari layout awal. Hasil perbaikan menggunakan algoritma CRAFT menghasilkan total jarak 1016,89 meter per hari dengan biaya material handling sebesar Rp. 215.112,21 atau menurun sebesar 7% dari layout awal.

The medical device products produced include Elvalene, Elvadio, Elvacryl, Elvamono, Elvarapid, Elvaplain, and Elvachromic. PT. XYZ uses a make-to-order type of production. It is known that the factory layout used is the Process Layout type. The background of this research is PT. XYZ wants to increase production capacity for Elvacryl products due to an increase in demand by its distributors for 180 pieces from 90 pieces per month. In this study, the constructive algorithm BLOCPLAN (Block Layout Overview with Computerized Planning using Logic and Algorithm) was chosen to redesign the layout with quantitative and qualitative data, then the results of the selected layout were repaired with the CRAFT (Computerized Planning using Logic and Algorithm) improvement algorithm to produce final repair layout. The purpose of doing research at PT. XYZ is to get the best layout design results. BLOCPLAN data is obtained through the initial factory layout, operating process maps, standard time, routing sheets, activity relationship charts, from to charts, activity relationship diagrams, and area allocation diagrams, which are then processed using a priority scale in calculating the layout score. The results of the layout with the highest layout score value are used as input for improvement in the CRAFT algorithm in the form of department data, costs, selected layouts, and parameters so that outputs are produced in the form of layout iterations, cost recapitulation, and area allocation diagrams for the best layout. The results of the initial layout evaluation resulted in a total displacement distance of 1090.46 meters per day and a total material handling cost of IDR 225,444.37. While the results obtained from the BLOCPLAN algorithm (Block Layout Overview with Computerized Planning using Logic and Algorithm) are 1054.13 meters per day with a material handling cost of Rp. 220,024.22 per day or a decrease of 3% from the initial layout. The results of repairs using the CRAFT algorithm produce a total distance of 1016.89 meters per day with a material handling cost of Rp. 215,112.21 or decreased by 7% from the initial layout.
