Kandungan logam berat cd dan pb di perairan Teluk Jakarta Bagian Timur
K Kualitas perairan Teluk Jakarta semakin hari semakin menurun, hal ini terjadi akibat banyaknya pencemar-pencemar yang masuk ke teluk ini melalui sungai-sungai yang bermuara di Teluk Jakarta maupun yang secara langsung mencemari Teluk Jakarta. Sungai-sungai tersebut melintasi pemukiman yang sangat padat serta daerah industri yang ada di Jakarta. Cemaran yang mengalir ke Teluk Jakarta diduga mengandung logam berat, diantaranya Pb dan Cd yang semakin hari semakin meningkat konsentrasinya.Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober 2004 hingga Bulan Februari 2005. Pengambilan sampel air dilakukan di 5 stasiun yang berbeda, dan setiap stasiun dibagi lagi menjadi 3 titik pengamatan yang mewakili sungai, muara dan Teluk Jakarta. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi suhu, arus, salinitas, pH, serta kandungan Cd dan Pb. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan Bulan Desember 2004.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi Pb di sungai berkisar antara 2,2 - 6,2 ppm. Konsentrasi paling tinggi berada di Sungai Tawar. Sumber pencemar di Sungai Tawar sangat mungkin berasal dari limbah cair pembuangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTGU) Muara Tawar. Konsentrasi Pb di muara berkisar antara 2,4 ppm - 8,0 ppm. Konsentrasi Pb di muara paling tinggi berada di Muara Cakung Drain. Sumber pencemar di Muara Cakung Drain dapat berasal dari buangan industri serta tumpahan bahan bakar dan minyak pelumas perahu nelayan. Konsentrasi Pb di Teluk Jakarta berkisar antara 2 ppm - 9,0 ppm. Konsentrasi Pb terbesar terdapat di Stasiun Tawar dan Stasiun CBL. Pencemar dari Stasiun CBL dapat berasal dari pengeboran minyak Pertamina. Konsentrasi Cd di sungai sangat rendah, berkisar antara ttd - 0,0012 ppm. Konsentrasi Cd di muara relatif rendah, berkisar antara ttd - 0,0014 ppm. Konsentrasi Cd di Teluk Jakarta berkisar antara ttd - 0,0019 ppm. Konsentrasi Pb di sungai berkisar antara 2,2 - 6,2 ppm, Konsentrasi ini jauh melebihi baku mutu PP No. 82 tahun 2001yang membatasi Pb di sungai sebesar 1 ppm. Konsentrasi Pb di muara berkisar antara 2,4 - 8,0 ppm. konsentrasi Pb di Teluk Jakarta berkisar antara 2,0 - 9,0 ppm. Konsentrasi Pb di muara dan Teluk jakarta sangat jauh melebihi baku mutu yang disyaratkan pemerintah berdasarkan Ketentuan Menteri Negara Kependudukan dan Lingkungan Hidup KEP-02/MENLIDl/1988 yang mengizinkan konsentrasi Pb sebesar 0,01 ppm. Konsentrasi Cd di sungai berkisar antara ttd - 0,0012 ppm, Konsentrasi ini memenuhi baku mutu PP No. 82 tahun 2001 yang membatasi Cd di sungai sebesar 0,01 ppm Konsentrasi Cd di muara berkisar antara ttd - 0,0014 ppm. konsentrasi Cd di Teluk Jakarta brkisar antara ttd - 0,0019 ppm. Konsentrasi ini masih memenuhi baku mutu yang disyaratkan pemerintah berdasarkan Ketentuan Menteri Negara Kependudukan dan Lingkungan Hidup KEP-02/MENLIDl/1988 yang mengizinkan konsentrasi Cd 0,01 ppm.
J Jakarta Bay waters quality decreases day by day. This caused by large amount of pollutants which enters to bay through rivers whose mouth is situated in Jakarta Bay or directly polluted Jakarta Bay. The rivers moves accroos an extremely compact housing and industry area in Jakarta. The dirties flows into Jakarta Bay contents heavy metals, such as Pb and Cd which concentrated increasingly from day to day.The reserch conducted on October 2004 to February 2005. Water samples drew from 5 different stations, and each station is divided to 3 monitoring points, representing river, mouth and Jakarta Bay. The analyzed parameters including temperature, flow, salinity, pH, as well as contains of Cd and Pb. Sampel drew at December 2004. Cd and Pb contents analyzed by of Atomic Absorbtion Spectrofotometer(AAS) Methode.The result shows that Pb concentration in the river ranges from 2,2 ppm - 6,2 ppm. Highest concentration is situated in Tawar River, that is 6,2 ppm. Pollutan source in Tawar River may derived from liquid waste of PLTGU of Tawar Mouth. Pb concentration in mouth ranges between 2,4 ppm - 8,0 ppm. The highest Pb concentration in mouth is situated in Cakung Drain mouth. Pollutan source in Cakung Drain mouth may derived from waste industry and also spilled of fuel and rubricant of fisherman boat. Pb concentration in Jakarta Bay ranges 2 ppm - 9,0 ppm. Higest Pb concentration is situated in Tawar Station and CBL Station. Pollutan in CBL Station may derived from oil drilling of Pertamina. Cd Concentration in river was very low, ranges not detection - 0,0012 ppm. Cd concentration in mouth ranges not detection - 0,0014 ppm. Cd concentration in Jakarta Bay ranges not detection-0,0019 ppm. Pb concentration in rivers ranges 2,2 ppm - 6,2 ppm. This concentration was far exceeds quality standard required by government based on PP No. 82 tahun 2001, which permits concentration of Pb 1 ppm. Pb concentration in mouth ranges between 2,4 ppm- 8,0 ppm. Lead (Pb) concentration in Jakarta Bay ranges 2,0 - 9,0• ppm. Lead concentration in mouth and Jakarta Bay was far exceeds quality standard required by government based on KEP-02/MENLH/111988, which permits concentration of Pb 0,01 ppm. Cd concentration in rivers ranges not detection - 0,0012 ppm. This concentration was under quality standard required by government based on PP No. 82 tahun 2001, which permits concentration of Cd 0,01 ppm. Cd concentration in mouth ranges not detection - 0,0014 ppm. Cd concentration ini Jakarta Bay ranges not detection - 0,0019 ppm. Cd concentration in mouth and Jakarta Bay was under quality standard required by government based on KEP-02/MENLH/1/1988, which permits concentration of Cd 0,01 ppm.
