Kepuasan orang tua pasien gigi anak terhadap metode teledentistry di masa pandemi covid-19 : kajian pada orang tua di pulau Jawa dan Bali
L Latar Belakang : Meningkatnya kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia menyebabkan peningkatan kecemasan terutama bagi orang tua untuk memberikan layanan kesehatan bagi anaknya karena timbulnya kekhawatiran seperti, terjadinya kontaminasi silang melalui percikan aerosol, kontaminasi mikroorganisme pada instrument dan dental office, serta kontak tidak langsung dari mulut pasien ke suatu benda seperti bur ataupun jarum. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah menghimbau masyarakat untuk menggunakan layanan kesehatan secara online atau yang disebut dengan telemedicine. Telemedicine merupakan layanan kesehatan jarak jauh berbasis digital. Layanan tersebut memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan orang tua pasien gigi anak terhadap metode konsultasi menggunakan teledentistry di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar Kuesioner kepada orang tua yang bertempat tinggal di pulau Jawa dan Bali. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 201 responden orang tua pasien gigi anak, didominasi oleh responden wanita sebanyak 123 responden dan pria sebanyak 78 responden. Rata-rata usia responden didominasi oleh kelompok umur 36-40 sebanyak 68 responden. Media yang paling banyak digunakan ialah Aplikasi Kesehatan sebanyak 97 responden. Mayoritas responden bertempat tinggal di Pulau Jawa, tepatnya di DKI Jakarata sebanyak 50 responden. Pada penelitian ini 201 responden merasa puas terhadap layanan kesehatan gigi menggunakan metode teledentistry. Kesimpulan : Disimpulkan secara keseluruhan orang tua pasien gigi anak merasa puas terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut dengan metode teledentistry.

Objective: to determine the level of satisfaction of parents of pediatric dental patients with the consultation method using teledentistry during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This type of research is descriptive observational with a cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to parents who live on the islands of Java and Bali. Research Results : The results showed that as many as 201 respondents were parents of children's dental patients, dominated by female respondents as many as 123 respondents and male respondents as many as 78 respondents. The average age of respondents is dominated by the age group of 36-40 as many as 68 respondents. The most widely used media is Health Applications as many as 97 respondents. The majority of respondents live on the island of Java, to be precise in DKI Jakarta, as many as 50 respondents. In this study, 201 respondents were satisfied with dental health services using the teledentistry. Conclusion: in general, parents of pediatric dental patients are satisfied with the quality of dental and oral health services using the teledentistry method.
