I In determining the best lecturer, there are several factors that are considered. This assessment is based on the lecturer's performance assessment in the form of tridharma and questionnaires filled out by students. For the sake of efficiency and effectiveness in making decisions for the best lecturers, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed. In this final project, a Decision Support System (DSS) application was developed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where each criterion in this case the assessment and alternative factors and the lecturers was compared with one another so as to provide an output value of priority intensity that produce a score of lecturers that gives an assessment of each of the best lecturers' performance. This decision support system helps and provides alternatives in assessing each lecturer, making changes to criteria, and changing weight values. This is useful to facilitate decision makers related to the problem of selecting the best lecturers, so that the lecturers who are most worthy of being given rewards or awards will be obtained. This research uses PHP programming language and MYSQL database. From the trial test using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AM' ) the results were obtained in the form of the three best lecturers with the highest score according to the calculations performed by the application
