P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 133 responden Karyawan PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Sturctural Equation Model).Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: (1) Job Satisfaction tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, (2) Organizational commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, (3) Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment, (4) Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour yang di mediasi oleh organizational Commitment.

P Purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behaviour mediated by organizational commitment. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 133 respondents Employee PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is survey. This research using SEM analysis tool (Structural Equation Model).Hypothesis testing results indicate: (1) Job Satisfaction has not positive effect to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, (2) Organizational Commitment has positive effect to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, (3) Job Satisfaction has positive effect to Organizational Commitment, (4) Job Satisfaction Work has positive effect to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour mediated by.
