Pengaruh virtuous leadership, justice, leader self-deprecating humor dan ethical leadership terhadap trust in leader pada Karyawan PT. Bakti Jaya Sembada
P Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Virtuous Leadership, , Justice, Leader Self-Deprecating Humor dan Ethical Leadership terhadap Trust In Leader pada Karyawan PT.Bakti Jaya Sembada. Penelitian ini menggunakan Virtuous Leadership, , Justice, Leader Self-Deprecating Humor dan Ethical Leadership sebagai variabel bebas serta Trust in Leader sebagai variabel terikat.Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan dari 35 pegawai yang bekerja di PT. Bakti Jaya Sembada melalui pengisian kuisioner berupa google form. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisa statistik deskriptif yaitu dengan melihat rata-rata (mean) dari jawaban responden dan regresi linier.Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Virtuous Leadership, Justice, Leader Self-Deprecating Humor dan Ethical Leadership terhadap Trust in Leader. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi manajerial bahwa perusahaan perlu bertindak lebih inisiatif secara berkelanjutan, melibatkan karyawan dalam membuat keputusan, mengurangi tindakan mengolok-olok atas kekurangannya sendiri ataupun kegagalan sendiri, mengomunikasikan visi etis dan menginspirasi komitmen bawahan terhadap visi tersebut, serta terus melakukan diskusi kepada karyawan untuk mengatasi masalah pribadi karyawan secara rahasia.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Virtuous Leadership, Justice, Leader Self-Deprecating Humor and Ethical Leadership on Trust in Leader at PT. Bakti Jaya Sembada Employees. This study uses Virtuous Leadership, Justice, Leader Self-Deprecating Humor and Ethical Leadership as independent variables and Trust In Leader as dependent variable.The research design used in this study is a quantitative method. The data in the study were collected from 35 employees who work at PT. Bakti Jaya Sembada through filling out a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis method, namely by looking at the average (mean) of the respondents' answers and linear regression. The results of this study have managerial implications that companies need to act more on an ongoing basis, make every decision openly by involving employees so that everyone knows what is going on, to reduce the act of making fun of their own shortcomings or failures, to communicate an ethical vision and inspire subordinate commitment to that vision and to continue to have discussions with employees to deal with employees' personal problems in secret.
