D Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perceived Justice,Perceived Support, Extrinsic Rewards, dan Intrinsic Rewards terhadap JobSatisfaction di PT Pasifik Teknologi Indonesia. Jumlah populasi dari karyawan PTPasifik Teknologi indonesia sebanyak 266 orang. Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah data primer. Data dikumpulkan langsung melalui penyebarankuisioner kepada 125 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian iniadalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji instrumen data menggunakanvaliditas dan reliabilitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Structure Equation Model(SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesa menunjukkan bahwa, 1) tidak terdapat pengaruhpositif Perceived Justice terhadap Job Satisfaction dengan p-value 0,322 dan nilaiestimate sebesar 0,090. 2) terdapat pengaruh positif Perceived Support terhadap JobSatisfaction dengan p-value 0,015 dan nila estimate sebesar 0,276. 3) terdapatpengaruh positif Extrinsic Rewards terhadap Job Satisfaction dengan p-value 0,046dan nilai estimate sebesar 0,233. 4) terdapat pengaruh positif Intrinsic Rewardsterhadap Job Satisfaction dengan p-value 0,03 dan nilai estimate sebesar 0,293.

T The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Perceived Justice,Perceived Support, Extrinsic Rewards, and Intrinsic Rewards on Job Satisfaction atPT Pasifik Teknologi Indonesia. The total population of PT Pasifik TeknologiIndonesia employees is 266 people. Data used in this study is primary data. Transmitthe data obtained by questionnaires to 125 respondents. Sample collectiontechniques using purposive sampling technique. Validity and reliability are usedinstrument test. And Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is used for hypothesis test.The result show 1) there is no positive effect of Perceived Justice on Job Satisfactionwith p-value 0,322 and the estimate value of 0,090. 2) there is a positive effect ofPerceived Support on Job Satisfaction with p-value 0,015 and est estimate of 0,276.3) there is a positive effect of Extrinsic Rewards on Job Satisfaction with p-value0,046 and the estimate value of 0.233. 4) there is a positive influence of IntrinsicRewards on Job Satisfaction with p-value 0,03 and the estimate value of 0.293.
