Pengaruh transformational leadership dan strategic organizational change management terhadap organizational performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational climate pada BUMN kelistrikan di Indonesia
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformationalleadership dan strategic organizational change management terhadaporganizational performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational climate padaperusahaan BUMN Kelistrikan di Indonesia.Penelitian ini bersifat non eksperimen kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesionerdengan 1.429 responden. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di anak-anak dan cucuPerusahaan serta unit kerja PT PLN (Persero) pada bulan Oktober 2018–Januari2019. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS dan LISREL.Ditemukan bahwa transformational leadership style dan strategicorganizational change management baik sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersamasama berpengaruh terhadap organizational climate, dengan variabel strategicorganizational change management memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan.Transformational leadership style, strategic organizational change managementdan organizational climate baik sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-samaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational performance, denganvariabel organizational climate memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan.Pemimpin harus fokus dalam menciptakan iklim organisasi yang efektifuntuk meningkatkan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengelolaanperubahan dalam mencapai kinerja organisasi yang unggul.Mediating effect dari organizational climate merupakan hal baru dalampenelitian ini dibandingkan penelitian sebelumnya, terbukti dapat meningkatkanpengaruh transformational leadership style maupun strategic organizationalchange management terhadap organizational performance.Penelitian dilakukan terbatas hanya di satu sektor industri dan satuBUMN, diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dilakukan di BUMN sektor industriyang berbeda atau Non BUMN
T The purpose of the research is to analyze the influence of transformationalleadership and strategic organizational change management to organizationalperformance with organizational climate as mediating variable in the electricitystate own Enterprises in IndonesiaThis is a quantitative non-experiment research and using questionnairewith 1.429 respondents within divisions of PLN Head Quarter, and itssubsidiaries and affiliates during October 2018 – January 2019. The analysisprocess is conducted by SPSS and LISRELResearch has found that transformational leadership style and strategicorganizational change management, both separately and together have positiveand significant influence to organizational climate, with variabel of strategicorganizational change management has more dominant influence.Transformational leadership style, strategic organizational change managementand organizational climate both separately and or together have a positive andsignificant influence to organizational performance, with variabel organizationalclimate has more dominant influence.Leader should create an effective organizational climate to improve theinfluence of transformational leadership capability and change management toachieving excellent organizational performance.Mediating effect of organizational climate was a novelty / originality ofthe research, has significant and positive effect to improve the influence oftransformational leadership style or strategic organizational change managementto the organizational performance.This research conducted in one state own enterprise company Furtherresearch is expected to conduct on different industries /companies of state ownenterprises or private company
