P Penelitain ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari Strategic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Visionary Leadership terhadap Pengambillan Keputusan dan Kinerja dalam mewujudkan Perwira TNI Angkatan Laut yang siap berperang (Ready to Forces) serta pengaruh tidak langsung dari Strategic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Visionary Leadership terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan yang dimediasi oleh Kinerja. Disain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Variabel yang digunakan sebanyak lima varibel yaitu tiga variabel independen (Strategic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Visionary Leadership) dan satu variabel mediating yaitu Kinerja dan 1 variabel dependen yaitu pengambilan keputusan. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana Data kuesioner yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 159 responden yang berasal dari level perwira, bintara dan tamtama, serta PNS Akademi Angkatan Laut serta para stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan instasi lainnya. Hasil pengolahan dengan SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan strategic leadearship terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif transformational leadearship terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan visionary leadearship terhadap kinerja, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif strategic leadearship terhadap pengambilan keputusan, terdapat pengaruh positif transformational leadearship terhadap pengambilan keputusan, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan positif Visionary Leadership terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan, terdapat pengaruh positif Pengambilan Keputusan terhadap Kinerja, pengambillan Keputusan tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh positif dari Strategic Leadership terhadap Kinerja, Pengambilan Keputusan terbukti memediasi pengaruh positif dari Transformational Leadaership terhadap Kinerja, Pengambilan Keputusan terbukti memediasi pengaruh positif dari Visionary Leadership terhadap Kinerja.Kata kunci : Strategic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Visionary Leadership, Pengambilan Keptuusan, Kinerja

T This research was conducted with the aim of examining and analyzing the influence of Strategic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Visionary Leadership on Decision Making and Performance in realizing TNI Naval Officers who are ready for war (Ready to Forces) as well as the indirect influence of Strategic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Visionary Leadership on Decision Making Mediated by Performance. The research design used was to test the hypothesis of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable using SEM-PLS. The variables used are five variables, namely three independent variables (Strategic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Visionary Leadership) and one mediating variable, namely Performance and 1 dependent variable, namely decision making. The sample used used a purposive sampling method in which 159 respondents collected questionnaire data from the officer, non-commissioned officer and enlisted levels, as well as civil servants at the Naval Academy and stakeholders involved in the implementation of other agencies. The results of processing with SEM-PLS show that there is a significant positive effect of strategic leadership on performance, there is a positive effect of transformational leadership on performance, there is a significant positive effect of visionary leadership on performance, there is no positive effect of strategic leadership on decision making, there is a positive effect of transformational leadership on decision making, there is a positive significant positive effect of Visionary Leadership on Decision Making, there is a positive influence of Decision Making on Performance, Decision making is not proven to mediate the positive effect of Strategic Leadership on Performance, Decision Making is proven to mediate the positive effect of Transformational Leadership on Performance, Decision Making is proven mediate the positive influence of Visionary Leadership on Performance.Keywords: Strategic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Visionary Leadership, Decision Making, Performance
