K Kinerja organisasi di lingkungan Mabes TNI AL belum secara optimalterbantu dengan adanya teknologi informasi yang ada. Proses pekerjaan menjadikurang responsif karena banyak dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan dari penelitianini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh digital leadership, kompetensi digital danbudaya digital dari para pengawak organisasi yang dimediasi oleh komitmenorganisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi/Satker-satker TNI AL. Sampelpenelitian diambil secara purposive dan cluster random sampling denganmemilih responden yang menjadi operator atau terlibat dalam penggunaan sisteminformasi di Satkernya. Jumlah sampel 445 responden diperoleh dari 11 SatkerMabes TNI AL yang secara total diawaki oleh 1400 orang, namun populasi yangterlibat pengoperasian IT kurang lebih 800 orang. Analisis pada penelitian inimenggunakan tools SEM AMOS 23.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership tidakberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, sedangkan digital leadershipsecara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmenorganisasi. Kompetensi digital secara langsung berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi maupun terhadap komitmen organisasi.Budaya digital secara langsung berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadapkinerja organisasi maupun terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasisecara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.Komitmen organisasi memiliki mediating effect secara positif dan signifikan padapengaruh digital leadership terhadap kinerja organisasi dan pada pengaruhkompetensi digital terhadap kinerja organisasi. Komitmen organisasi memilikimediating effect secara negatif dan signifikan pada pengaruh budaya digitalterhadap kinerja organisasi.

T The phenomenon of organizational performance within the TNI ALHeadquarters has not been optimally assisted by the existence of existinginformation technology. The work process becomes less responsive because a lotis done manually. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of digitalleadership, digital competence and digital culture of crew members mediated byorganizational commitment in improving the performance of the IndonesianNavy’s organizations/Satkers. The research sample was taken by purposive andcluster random sampling by selecting respondents who become operators or areinvolved in the use of information systems in their work units. The total sample of445 respondens was obtain from 11 Satkers of the Indonesian Navy Headquarters,which in total had a crew of 1,400 people, but the population involved in IToperations was approximately 800 people. The analysis in this study used AMOS23 SEM tools.The results of this study indicate that digital leadership has insignificanteffect on organizational performance, while digital leadership has a directpositive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Digital competencedirectly has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance aswell as on organizational commitment. Digital culture has a direct and significantnegative effect on organizational performance and organizational commitment.Organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect onorganizational performance. The novelty of this research, organizationalcommitment has a positive and significant mediating effect on the effect of digitalleadership on organizational performance and on the effect of digital competenceon organizational performance. Secondly, organizational commitment has anegative and significant mediating effect on the influence of digital culture onorganizational performance.
