Pengaruh talent management, knowledge management, dan work-life balance terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan perusahaan jasa maintenance peralatan gedung
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Work-Life Balance, terhadap Employee Perfomance yang di mediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Rancangan pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui penggunaan uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara cross sectional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat data primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g-form yang diisi oleh karyawan perusahaan maintenance peralatan gedung. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 190 karyawan. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pengujian instrumen seperti uji validitas dan reabilitas serta structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Talent Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Talent Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance,Talent Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction, Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Performance yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan yaitu perusahaan dapat lebih meningkatkan Employee Performance dan Job Satisfaction pada karyawan melalui penerapan Talent Management dan Knowledge Management dengan baik agar karyawan dapat menyesuaikan Work-Life Balance dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Work-Life Balance, on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. The results showed that Talent Management has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Knowledge Management has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Talent Management has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Knowledge Management has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work-Life Balance has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Talent Management has a positive effect on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction, Knowledge Management has a positive effect on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance has a positive effect on Employee Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction. Managerial implications that can be given to the company are that the company can further improve Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction in employees through the application of Talent Management and Knowledge Management properly so that employees can adjust Work-Life Balance in carrying out their work.
