R Reservoir JSC terletak pada Lapangan KTH. Reservoir JSC telah dikembangkan sejak Juli 1982 dengan jumlah sumur produksi sebanyak 16 sumur. Tujuan utama dari tugas akhir ini adalah membandingkan perolehan isi awal minyak di reservoir JSC dan meramalkan performa produksi reservoir JSC di masa yang akan datang. Reservoir JSC dinyatakan sebagai saturated reservoir karena tekanan awal reservoir sama dengan tekanan bubble point yaitu 1235 psi.Proses perhitungan dimulai dengan mengetahui parameter-parameter pada reservoir ini salah satunya jenis drive mechanism reservoir JSC. Jenis drive mechanism dianalisis dengan tiga metode yaitu metode kualitatif berdasarkan data produksi, metode Ganesh Thakur dan metode Drive Index. Ketiga metode ini menghasilkan tenaga dorong yang paling dominan adalah solution gas drive.Perhitungan volume minyak awal di tempat (OOIP) menggunakan data PVT yang diberikan dari hasil laboratorium yang kemudian diinterpolasi terhadap tekanan yang tersedia dengan menggunakan rumus umum material balance dan metode material balance Havlena – Odeh. Nilai perhitungan dengan metode material balance umum sebesar 77,684 MMSTB sedangkan material balance Havlena Odeh sebesar 77,823 MMSTB dengan acuan nilai volumetrik yang telah diketahui sebesar 78,856 MMSTB.Peramalan produksi pada Reservoir JSC Lapangan KTH dilakukan secara manual dengan metode Trial Error and X2–Chisquare Test. Jenis decline curve adalah tipe exponential decline curve dengan dengan nilai economic limit 80 STB/D sehingga umur produktif sumur diestimasi hingga bulan Juli 2025, estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) sekitar 21,272 MMSTB dan remaining reserve (RR) 0,492 MMSTB. Perhitungan recovery factor (RF) dilakukan dengan membagi secara manual nilai estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) terhadap nilai OOIP dengan metode rumus umum material balance dan material balance Havlena – Odeh berturut-turut menghasilkan RF 27,38% dan 27,33%.

R Reservoir JSC is located in Field KTH. Reservoir JSC had been developed since July 1982 with a number of well production 16 wells. The main objective of this thesis are comparing the volume of initial oil in place in Reservoir JSC and predicted the reservoir production performances in the future. Reservoir JSC expressed as saturated reservoir due to early pressure reservoir is equal to the pressure of the bubble point namely 1235psi.The calculation process begins with knowing the parameters on this reservoir and one of them is drive mechanism of reservoir JSC. The type of drive mechanism is analyzed by three methods, the qualitative method by observing production data, Ganesh Thakur method, and the method of Drive Index. All of these methods produce the most dominant drive mechanism, solution gas drive.Calculation of the volume of the original oil in place (OOIP) using data from the results given PVT laboratory then interpolated against pressure that is available. The general formula of a material balance method and the material balance Havlena-Odeh are used for calculating the original oil in place. Estimated value calculation by the method of material balance amounting to 77,684 MMSTB and 77,823 MMSTB with a reference value of volumetric from field data 78,856 MMSTB.Forecasting production on Reservoir JSC Field KTH is done manually by the method of Trial and Error X2-Chisquare Test. This type of decline curve is a type of exponential decline curve with the economic limit of 80 STB/D so that the age of productive wells being estimated to July 2025, estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) 21,272 MMSTB and remaining reserve (RR) 0,492 MMSTB. Calculation of the recovery factor (RF) is done by dividing the estimated values manually the ultimate recovery (EUR) against the value of OOIP using general formula with the method of materials balance and material balance Havlena-Odeh produces RF 27,38% and 27,33%.
