Pengaruh siklus hidup perusahaan, board size, sales growth, dividend payment dan research and development expenditure terhadap cash holding
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh siklus hidup perusahaan, board size,sales growth, diviend payment dan research and development expenditure terhadap cashholding. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yangbersumber dari laporan tahunan dan Annual Reports perusahaan manufaktur yangterdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Sampel penelitian dipilihmenggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 25 perusahaan yang menjadisampel. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis adalah regresi linear bergandadengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Siklus HidupPerusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Cash Holding, Board Size, Sales Growth,Dividend Payment dan Research and Development Expenditure memiliki pengaruhnegatif terhadap Cash Holding. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahanpertimbangan manajemen dan investor untuk memperhatikan siklus hidup perusahaan,board size, sales growth, diviend payment dan research and development guna menjagakestabilan cash holding dan meminimalisir kerugian.
T This research aims to analyze the influence of the company's life cycle, board size, salesgrowth, dividend payment, and research and development expenditure on cash holding.The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the annual reports ofmanufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 25companies as samples. The data analysis method used for hypothesis testing is multiplelinear regression using SPSS software. The research results indicate that the Company'sLife Cycle has a positive influence on Cash Holding, while Board Size, Sales Growth,Dividend Payment, and Research and Development Expenditure have a negative influenceon Cash Holding. This research is expected to be considered by management andinvestors to pay attention to the company's life cycle, board size, sales growth, dividendpayment, and research and development in order to maintain cash holding stability andminimize losses.
