T The construction sector is one of the mainstay sectors for driving economic growth and is always required to continue to increase its contribution through benchmarks to national GDP. The uncertainty of the current global economic crisis has made consumer behavior prioritize value. Companies need to consider supply chain issues to ensure that the supply chain supports the company's strategy. Supply Chain Management is an integrated method among the parties involved. Seeing these conditions, further research is needed regarding Value Based Decisions in Supply Chain Management (SCM) of Construction Projects in Facing Economic Uncertainty. In this study there are 3 criteria (information sharing, supply chain performance, company performance) and alternatives (RFID, E-Procurement, ERP). Importance level data was analyzed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by asking for the views of 7 experts obtained based on the results of distributing questionnaires to experts that information sharing is the basis for making supply chain decisions, with all alternatives that can be used as a strategy simultaneously/together in efforts facing the global economy.
