D Dilakukannya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Team Building, Innovative Work Behavior, Psychological Safety dan Entrepreneurial Leadership terhadap Project Success pada PT. Mitra Pondasi Tama Jakarta. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Team Building, Innovative Work Behavior, Psychological Safety, Entrepreneurial Leadership dan Project Success sebagai variabel terikat. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 120 karyawan melalui pengisisan kuesioner dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda.Hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Team Building terhadap Project Success, terdapat pengaruh positif Innovative Work Behavior terhadap Project Success, dan terdapat pengaruh positif Psychological Safety terhadap Project Success sedangkan Entrepreneurial Leadership berpengaruh negatif terhadap Project Success. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat meningkatkan Project Success pada PT. Mitra Pondasi Tama Jakarta

T The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Team Building, Innovative Work Behavior, Psychological Safety and Entrepreprenerial Leadership on Project Success in PT Mitra Pondasi Tama Jakarta. This study uses Team Building, Innovative Work Behavior, Psychological Safety and Entrepreneurial Leadership as independent variable and Project Success as dependent variable. The data in this study were collected from 120 employees through filling out a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The hypothesis test used in this study is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate: Team Building has positive effect on Project Success, Innovative Work Behavior has positive effect on Project Success and Psychological Safety has positive affect on Project Success and also Entrepreneurial Leadership has negative affect on Project Success. The result of this study are to decrease Project Success on PT. Mitra Pondasi Tama Jakarta
