Pengaruh online learning terhadap performa akademik mahasiswa akuntansi dengan work-life balance sebagai variabel intervening
P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Online Learning terhadap Performa Akademik Mahasiswa Akuntansi. Untuk menganalisa pengaruh Work-Life Balance terhadap Performa Akademik Mahasiswa Akuntansi. Untuk menganalisa pengaruh Online Learning terhadap Work-Life Balance. Untuk menganalisa pengaruh Online Learning terhadap Performa Akademik Mahasiswa Akuntansi dengan Work-Life Balance sebagai Variabel Intervening. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Online learning berpengaruh positif terhadap work-life balance, semakin efektif online learning maka semakin seimbang pula work-life balance. Online learning berpengaruh positif terhadap performa akademik, semakin efektif online learning maka semakin tinggi pula performa akademik. Work-life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap performa akademik, semakin seimbang work-life balance pada pekerjaan dan pembelajaran sistem online maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat performa akademik. Online learning berpengaruh positif terhadap performa akademik melalui Work-Life Balance sebagai variabel Intervening. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode anlisis kuantitatif menggunakan sumber data primer dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden
