Pengaruh Legal CSR terhadap intention to stay dan job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh quality of work life di Starbucks district 23 Jakarta
T ujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh antara Legal CSR terhadap Intention to Stay dan Job Satisfaction yang di Mediasi oleh Quality of Work Life pada karyawan Starbucks di District 23, Jakarta. Variabel independen dalampenelitian ini adalah Legal CSR dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalahIntention to Stay dan Job Satisfaction. Data dikumpulkan dari 110 karyawan yangbekerja di Starbucks Distict 23 Jakarta dengan teknik pengumpulan data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metodepurposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian inimenggunakan metode SEM.Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapatpengaruh positif Legal CSR terhadap Quality of Work Life, Intention to Stay dan JobSatisfaction dan pengaruh positif anara Quality of Work Life terhadap Intention toStay dan Job Satisfaction. Serta pengaruh positif Legal CSR terhadap Intention toStay dan Job Satisfaction melalui mediasi Quality of Work Life. Implikasinya bagiperusahaan untuk mengelola tingkat Legal CSR, perusahaan harus mengelola Qualityof Work Life untuk selalu menjaga kinerja karyawan agar maksimal dalammelakukan pekerjaan, Manajer harus memberlakukan karyawan dengan adil dantidak men spesial kan salah satu karyawan agar karyawan memiliki Intention to Stayyang tinggi dan tidak ada keinginan untuk keluar dari perusahaan, perusahaan jugaperlu memahami apakah Pekerjaan karyawan dapat membuat karyawan merasapuas.
T he purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Legal CSR on Intention ToStay and Job Satisfaction mediated by Quality of Work Life at Starbucks District 23Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are Legal CSR and the dependentvariable in this study is Intention to Stay and Job Satisfaction. Data were collectedfrom 110 employees who work at Starbucks District 23, Jakarta. The data collectiontechnique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive samplingmethod. Analysis method used in this study using SEM method.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positiveeffect of Legal CSR on Quality of Work Life, Intention to Stay and Job Satisfactionand the positive influence of Quality of Work Life on Intention to Stay and JobSatisfaction. As well as the positive influence of Legal CSR on Intention To Stay andJob Satisfaction through mediation of Quality of Work Life. The implication is for thecompany to help the level of Legal CSR, the company must help Quality of Work Lifeto always maintain employee performance so that it is maximal in doing work,Managers must treat employees fairly and not specialize one of the employees so thatemployees have a high Intention to Stay and there is no desire to leave the company,also need to understand whether the employee's job can make employees feelsatisfied.
