P Penyusunan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ethical climate yang terdiri dari kriteria egoism (egoisme), benevolence (kebajikan) dan principled (keyakinan) terhadap job satisfaction (kepuasan ket:ia) secara keseluruhan pada karyawan PT. Sinta Prima Feedmill. Dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan, yang dapat dianalisa adalah sebanyak 90 kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan metode analisis regresi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan yang positif antara ethical climate (egoism, benevolence, principled) terhadap job satisfaction karyawan PT. Sinta Prima Feedmill, artinya semakin tinggi nilai ethical climate yang dirasakan karyawan, maka semakin positif pula kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan. Diharapkan manajer dapat meningkatkanjob satisfaction dengan mengurangi gap, menjadi teladan, serta mengurangi atau menghilangkan peluang karyawan untuk berperilaku tidak etis di dalam perusahaan sehingga mendorong mereka untuk memiliki kesadaran etika yang tinggi dan positif. Perlunya memastikan bahwa perusahaan memiliki iklim profesional, kode etika dan kebijakan yang akan memastikan bahwa semua pekerja sesuai dengan standar hukum dan profesional. Penelitian hanya sebatas variabel ethical climate (egoism, benevolence , principled) terhadap job satisfaction dan dilakukan hanya pada satu perusahaan yaitu PT. Sinta Prima Feedmill. Selain itu sampel yang digunakan relatifkecil yakni hanya 90 responden.

T The preparation of this thesis aims to analyze the influence of ethical climate that consists of criteria egoism, benevolence and principled of job satisfaction as a whole on the employees of PT. Sinta Prima Feedmill. Of the questionnaires distributed, which can be analyzed are as many as 90 questionnaires. Sampling technique using a purposive sampling method, with regression analysis method and test hypotheses. The results showed that there were significant positive effect between the ethical climate (egoism, benevolence, principled) to job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sinta Prima Feedmill, means the higher the perceived value of employees' ethical climate, the more positive the perceived job satisfaction also employees. It is expected that managers can increase job satisfaction by reducing the gap, to be exemplary, and reduce or eliminate opportunities for employees to behave unethically in the company encourages them to have high ethical awareness and positive. The need to ensure that the company has a professional climate, ethics codes and policies that will ensure that all workers in accordance with the laws and professional standards. The study was limited to ethical climate variables (egoism, benevolence, principled) to job satisfaction and performed only at one company, PT. Sinta Prima Feedmill. In addition, the sample used was relatively small and only had 90 respondents.
