Pengaruh organizational unlearning knowledge integration capability, dan employees cultural competence terhadap knowledge transfer
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh OrganizationalUnlearning, Knowledge Integration Capability, Employee Cultural Competenceterhadap Knowledge Transfer. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitiankualitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodepengujian hypothesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresisederhana dengan software SPSS 24.0. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari36 karyawan Pizza Hut Pahlawan yang berlokasi di Bogor dengan menggunakanmetode sensus. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh positif Organizational Unlearning terhadap Knowledge Transfer,terdapat pengaruh positif Knowledge Integration Capability terhadap KnowledgeTransfer dan terdapat pengaruh positif Employee Cultural Competence terhadapKnowledge Transfer. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikanmasukan bagi manajer agar memperhatikan Organizational Unlearning,Knowledge Integration Capability, Employee Cultural Competence yang dapatmeningkatkan Knowledge Transfer.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Unlearning, KnowledgeIntegration Capability, Employee Cultural Competence on Knowledge Transfer.The research conducted is qualitative research by distributing questionnaires.This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses simpleregression analysis with SPSS 24.0 software. The data in the study were collectedfrom 36 employees of Pizza Hut Pahlawan which is located at Bogor using thecensus method. The results of hypothesis testing in the study indicate that there isan positive effect of Organizational Unlearning on Knowledge Transfer, anpositive effect of Knowledge Integration Capability on Knowledge Transfer andthere is an positive effect of Employee Cultural Competence on KnowledgeTransfer. The results of this study are expected to provide input for managers topay attention to Organizational Unlearning, Knowledge Integration Capability,Employee Cultural Competence Justice which can improve Knowledge Transfer.
