Pengaruh green competitive advantage dan green supply chain management terhadap firm performance yang di moderasi oleh environmental consciousness
S Sampel penelitian meliputi karyawan-karyawan perusahaan manufaktur yang ada di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik convenience sampling. Berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah disebar diperoleh jumlah sampel 113 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: secara parsial (1) Green Competitive Advantage memiliki pengaruh terhadap Enviromental Performance, (2) Green Competitive Advantage memiliki pengaruh terhadap Economic Performance, (3) Green Supply Chain Management memiliki pengaruh terhadap Enviromental Performance, (4) Green Supply Chain Management memiliki pengaruh terhadap Economic Performance, (5) Environmental Consciousness tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebagai pemoderasi hubungan Green Competitive Advantage dan Environmental Performance, (6) Environmental Consciousness tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebagai pemoderasi hubungan Green Competitive Advantage dan Economic Performance, (7) Environmental Consciousness tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebagai pemoderasi hubungan Green Supply Chain Management dan Environmental Performance, (8) Environmental Consciousness tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebagai pemoderasi hubungan Green Supply Chain Management dan Economic Performance. Secara simultan Green Competitive Advantage, Green Supply Chain Management dan Environmental Consciousness berpengaruh terhadap Environmental Performance dan Economic Performance.
T The objective of this empirical study is to analyze the effect of Green Competitive Advantage and Green Supply Chain Management on two-dimensional Firm Performance namely Environmental Performance and Economic Performance which are moderated by Environmental Consciousness.Research samples include employees of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling technique. Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, there are 113 respondents. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis.The results of this study are: partially (1) Green Competitive Advantage has an impact on Environmental Performance, (2) Green Competitive Advantage has an impact on Economic Performance, (3) Green Supply Chain Management has an impact on Environmental Performance, (4) Green Supply Chain Management has an impact on Economic Performance, (5) Environmental Consciousness does not have a significant effect as moderating the relationship of Green Competitive Advantage and Environmental Performance, (6) Environmental Consciousness does not have a significant effect as moderating relationships of Green Competitive Advantage and Economic Performance, (7) Environmental Consciousness does not have a significant effect as a moderating relationship between Green Supply Chain Management and Environmental Performance, (8) Environmental Consciousness does not have a significant effect as a moderating relationship between Green Supply Chain Management and Economic Performance. Simultaneously Green Competitive Advantage, Green Supply Chain Management and Environmental Consciousness impact Environmental Performance and Economic Performance.
