P PT Semen Indonesia (Persero), Pabrik Tuban memiliki 4 plant yangterpasang, yaitu plant tuban I, plant tuban II, plant tuban III dan plant tuban IV.Keempat plant beroperasi untuk memenuhi target produksi semen yang mencapailebih dari 15 juta ton semen per tahun. Dengan bahan baku utama pembuatan semenberupa batugamping sebesar 80%. Batasan yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untukmenentukan kualitas batugamping berdasarkan kadar CaO adalah High Grade(54%-62,41%), Medium Grade (52%-53,99%) dan Low Grade (0%-51,99%).Dengan parameter kualitas batugamping yang ditetapkan perusahaan yaitu kadarCaO ≥50% dan kadar MgO ≤3%. Berdasarkan data jumlah cadangan proporsiHG:MG:LG ialah 55:18:27. Di lokasi quarry terdapat 7 sumber (front)penambangan batugamping yaitu High Grade 1, High Grade 2, High Grade 3,Medium Grade 1, Medium Grade 2, Medium Grade 3 dan Low Grade. Untukmenentukan proporsi mixing batugamping dengan target produksi 41.000 ton/hariberdasarkan perbandingan jumlah cadangan tiap kualitas batugamping, didapatkandari High Grade 22.673 ton, Medium Grade 7.462 ton dan Low Grade 10.865 tondengan kadar campuran CaO 50,93% dan MgO 0,63%.Setelah mendapatkan proporsi tonase mixing dilakukannya optimasidistribusi batugamping berdasarkan minimumisasi jarak pengangkutan denganmenggunakan Software LiPS, didapatkan hasil batugamping dari front MG1(4.481ton) didistribusikan ke Crusher Tuban 1; front HG2(7.881 ton) didistribusikan keCrusher Tuban 2; front HG3(9.739 ton), MG3(284 ton) dan LG(4.733 ton)didistribusikan ke Crusher Tuban 3; front HG1(5.123 ton), MG2(2.486 ton) danLG(6.132 ton) didistribusikan ke Crusher Tuban 4. Berdasarkan data samplingharian batugamping yang diperoleh dari Section of Mine Planning and Monitoringdan Laboratorium QC, datanya diolah menggunakan Ms.Excel, menghasilkankadar CaO dan MgO rata-rata dari tiap front penambangan yaitu front HG1(CaO55,60% & MgO 0,36%); HG2(CaO55,71% & MgO 0,33%); HG3 (CaO 55,63% &MgO 0,35%); MG1(CaO 52,19% & MgO 0,47% ); MG2(CaO 53,06% & MgO0,55%); MG3(CaO 52,57% & MgO 0,37%) dan LG(CaO 45,23% & MgO 0,57%).Didapatkan kadar campuran CaO & MgO hasil optimasi distribusi batugampingyaitu Kadar CaO 52,33% dan kadar MgO 0,43%, memenuhi kriteria kualitas plant.

P PT Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tuban Plant, has 4 plants installed i.e., TubanPlant I, Tuban Plant II, Tuban Plant III, Tuban Plant IV. All four operates to meetthe production target of cement that reaches more than 15 million tons of cementper year. With main raw materials for making cement is 80% consists of limestone.The limit used by the company determine the quality of limestone based on CaOlevel are High Grade (54%-62,41%), Medium Grade (52%-53,99%) dan LowGrade (0%-51,99%). The company sets limestone quality parameters at ≥50% CaOlevel and ≤3%.MgO level. Based on the data of the proportion of reserves of HG:MG: LG is 55:18:27. At the Quarry site, there are 7 sources (front) of limestonemining i.e., High Grade1, High Grade 2, High Grade 3, Medium Grade 1, MediumGrade 2, Medium Grade 3 and Low Grade. To determine the proportion oflimestone mixing with a production target of 41.000 ton / day based on thecomparison of the amount of reserves of each limestone quality, obtained from HighGrade 22.673 tons, Medium Grade 7.462 tons and Low Grade 10.865 tons withmixed levels of 50.93% CaO and 0.63% MgO .After obtaining the proportion of tonage mixing, the optimization of limestonedistribution was based on the minimum distance of transport using LiPS Software,obtained limestone from front MG1 (4,481 tons) distributed to Crusher Tuban 1;HG2 front (7,881 tons) is distributed to Tuban Crusher 2; fronts of HG3 (9,739tons), MG3 (284 tons) and LG (4,733 tons) distributed to the Tuban Crusher 3;front HG1 (5,123 tons), MG2 (2,486 tons) and LG (6,132 tons) distributed to theTuban Crusher 4. Based on the limestone daily sampling data which was processedusing Microsoft Excel by the section of Mine Planning & Monitoring and QualityControl Laboratory, it resulted in average CaO and MgO level from each miningfront are front HG1 (CaO 55.60% & MgO 0.36%); HG2 (CaO55.71% & MgO0.33%); HG3 (CaO 55.63% & MgO 0.35%); MG1 (CaO 52.19% & MgO 0.47%);MG2 (CaO 53.06% & MgO 0.55%); MG3 (CaO 52.57% & MgO 0.37%) and LG(CaO 45.23% & MgO 0.57). The levels of CaO & MgO mixture obtained from theoptimization of limestone distribution were 52.33% CaO levels and 0.42% MgOlevels, meeting the plant quality criteria.
