P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational justice,ethical leadership, dan job satisfaction terhadap job performance. data yangdikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 170 karyawan peti kemas dijakarta utara. pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan metode sampeldengan menyebarkan kuesioner. dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik ujiinstrument berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakanregresi linear berganda dengan software spss versi 27. hasil uji hipotesismenunjukkan bahwa organizational justice memiliki pengaruh positif terhadapjob performance, ethical leadership memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap jobperformance, dan job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap jobperformance. implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu untukmeningkatkan organizational justice pimpinan perlu memberikan kemudahanakses informasi dan peluang pengembangan diri untuk menunjukkan perlunyapeningkatan transparansi komunikasi internal serta penyediaan jalurpengembangan karier yang lebih terbuk, untuk meningkatkan ethicalleadership pimpinan perlu menunjukkan komitmen yang nyata terhadap nilai￾nilai etika, tidak hanya dalam bentuk peraturan tetapi juga dalam perilakusehari-hari yang menjadi teladan bagi bawahannya, untuk meningkatkan jobsatisfaction pimpinan perlu membuat perbandingan antara pekerjaan dan waktuluang, mengisyaratkan pentingnya pengelolaan work-life balance yang lebihbaik, untuk meningkatkan job performance pimpinan perlu untuk mendorongketerlibatan karyawan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan operasional agartercipta rasa memiliki dan tanggung jawab bersama terhadap pencapaian kinerjaperusahaan.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice, ethicalleadership, and job satisfaction on job performance. the data collected in thisstudy consisted of 170 container employees in north jakarta. data collectionwas carried out using a sample method by distributing questionnaires. in thisstudy, instrument testing techniques were used in the form of validity tests,reliability tests, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression withspss software version 27. the results of the hypothesis test indicate thatorganizational justice has a positive influence on job performance, ethicalleadership has a positive influence on job performance, and job satisfactionhas a positive influence on job performance. the managerial implications ofthis study are that to improve organizational justice, leaders need to provideeasy access to information and opportunities for self-development todemonstrate the need for increased transparency in internal communication andthe provision of more open career development paths. to improve ethicalleadership, leaders need to demonstrate a real commitment to ethical values,not only in the form of regulations but also in daily behavior that becomes anexample for their subordinates. to improve job satisfaction, leaders need tomake a comparison between work and free time, indicating the importance ofbetter work-life balance management. to improve job performance, leadersneed to encourage employee involvement in the operational decision-makingprocess in order to create a sense of ownership and shared responsibility forachieving company performance
