T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Service Quality, User Satisfaction, Perceived Ease Of Use terhadap Cloud Based e-learning dengan Behavioral Intention sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Magister Akuntansi Universitas Negeri dan Swasta di Jakarta yang menggunakan sistem pembelajaran e-learning, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling dan total sampel sebanyak 170 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada model regresi diketahui beberapa hal, sebagai berikut: (1) Service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention, (2) variabel User satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention, (3) variabel perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention, (4) Service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap cloud based e-learning, (5) User satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap cloud based e-learning, (6) Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap cloud based e-learning, (7) Behavioral intention berpengaruh positif terhadap cloud based e-learning.Penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi akademisi dalam merancang kurikulum yang lebih adaptif dan interaktif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi e-learning sehingga membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik dan mudah diakses oleh mahasiswa. Bagi kementrian pendidikan, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dapat memfokuskan investasi pada pengembangan dan implementasi teknologi pendidikan yang mudah digunakan dan berkualitas tinggi. Hal ini akan meningkatkan adopsi e-learning di seluruh institusi pendidikan. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, penelitian dapat diperluas dengan mempertimbangkan variabel tambahan seperti perceived usefulness, system quality, dan information quality untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan e-learning berbasis cloud. Peneliti selanjutnya juga dapat mengeksplorasi pengaruh teknologi baru seperti artificial intelligence dan machine learning dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna e-learning berbasis cloud.

T The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, User Satisfaction, Perceived Ease Of Use on Cloud Based e-learning with Behavioral Intention as a mediating variable. The population in this study were students majoring in Master of Accounting at State and Private Universities in Jakarta who used the e-learning learning system, the sample was taken using random sampling and the total sample was 170 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results on the regression model, several things are known, as follows: (1) Service quality has a positive effect on behavioral intention, (2) User satisfaction variables have a positive effect on behavioral intention, (3) perceived ease of use variables have a positive effect on behavioral intention, (4) Service quality has a positive effect on cloud based e-learning, (5) User satisfaction has a positive effect on cloud based e-learning, (6) Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on cloud based e-learning, (7) Behavioral intention has a positive effect on cloud based e-learning.This research is expected to be useful for academics in designing a more adaptive and interactive curriculum by utilizing e-learning technology so as to make learning more interesting and easily accessible to students. For the Ministry of Education, this research is expected to focus investment on the development and implementation of easy to use and high quality educational technology. This will increase the adoption of e-learning across educational institutions. For future researchers, the research can be expanded by considering additional variables such as perceived usefulness, system quality, and information quality to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence the use of cloud based e-learning. Future researchers can also explore the influence of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning in improving service quality and user satisfaction of cloud based e-learning.
