D Daerah Penelitian terletak pada cekungan Banggai bagian Selatan, SulawesiTengah. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan menentukan lingkungan pengendapan,mengetahui distribusi atau persebaran vertikal dan lateral dari asosiasi fasies padadaerah penelitian. Pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan lima sumur yaitu sumurFR-1, FR-2, FR-3, FR-4, dan FR-8. Didapatkan hasil berupa lithofasies danlingkungan pengendapan. Formasi Minahaki didominasi oleh lithofasieswackestone, packstone, mudstone Foraminiferal packstone dan foraminiferalwackestone. Formasi Tomori didominasi lithofasies Grainstone, skeletalwackestone, wackestone/packstone, mudstone/packstone. Formasi Tomoritergolong kedalam Standard Microfacies type 19 (Fenestral) dan termasuk kedalamFacies Zone nomor 8 (platform interior restricted). Formasi Minahaki digolongkankedalan Standard Microfacies tipe 19 (Fenestral) dan tergolong kedalam FaciesZone nomor 8 (platform interior restricted). Formasi Tomori dapat digolongkankedalam fasies Inner Ramp dan Fominasi Minahaki kedalam Inner Ramp. AnalisisSikuen Stratigrafi pada kedua formasi yaitu orde 4 (parasikuen set) didapatkan 3sikuen boundary dan 2 maximum flooding surface. Didapatkan 2 peta distribusifasies dari hasil analisis.

T The study area is located in the southern part of the Banggai basin, CentralSulawesi. This study was intended to determine the depositional environment, toknow the vertical and lateral distribution facies on the study area. In this study, fivewells were used, namely wells is FR-1, FR-2, FR-3, FR-4, and FR-8. The resultsobtained are lithofacies and depositional environments of the types Grainstone,skeletal wackestone, wackestone/packstone, mudstone/packstone. MinahakiFormation by lithofacies wackestone, packstone, mudstone Foraminiferalpackstone and foraminiferal wackestone. The Tomori Formation into StandardMicrofacies type 19 (Fenestral), and belongs to Facies Zone number 8 (interiorplatform is restricted). The Minahaki Formation, it is classified as SMF (StandardMicrofacies) type 19 (Fenestral) and belongs to Facies Zone number 8 (Restrictedinterior platform). The Tomori Formation can be classified into the Inner Rampfacies and the Minahaki Formation into the Inner Ramp. Stratigraphic SequentialAnalysis for both formations, namely order 4 (parasequence set) obtained 3boundary sequences and dua maximum flooding surfaces. Two facies distributionmaps were obtained from the analysis results.
