Perancangan model sustainable lean six sigma untuk perusahaan koper
P Perusahaan koper menggunakan bahan baku biji plastik polycarbonate sehinggaperusahaan memerlukan proses khusus untuk menangani limbah plastik. Perusahaankoper memiliki tujuan pasar ekspor dengan menetapkan kualitas terbaik. Permintaancustomer melalui badan sertifikasi dan kebijakan pemerintah mewajibkan perusahaanfokus meningkatkan ekonomi dengan kesejahteraan sosial dan produksi ramahlingkungan. Berdasarkan permasalahan, perusahaan memerlukan strategi untukmengatasi masalah produksi sekaligus memenuhi ekspektasi stakeholder. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah merancang model sustainable lean six sigma pada perusahaan koper.Hasil perancangan model terbagi menjadi 5 submodel menggunakan metode DMAIC,yaitu Identifikasi Kebutuhan Pemanfaatan Model, Sustainability Index, AnalisisPemborosan dan Defect, Peningkatan Kesenjangan dari Aspek Sustainable Lean SixSigma, dan Pemantauan Kendali Proses. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah saatmenentukan indikator dan penilaian weighted DPMO berdasarkan penilaian pakardipabrik koper, padahal secara komprehensif perancangan model dapat digunakan untukberbagai jenis proses bisnis. Kelebihan penelitian ini adalah model sustainable lean sixsigma dapat memperbaiki proses produksi dan kualitas berdasarkan penilaian dankebutuhan customer, sekaligus memperbaiki proses bisnis pada aspect three bottom linedari Konsep Sustainability. Hasil validiasi dari perancangan model menunjukan mampumeningkatkan nilai Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) sebesar 0,85%, peningkatan kualitasdengan nilia sigma convetional sebesar 0,13, weighted DPMO sebesar 0,09, danmemperbaiki nilai Sustainability Index sebesar 22,62%.
L Luggage companies use polycarbonate as raw material, so companies need a special process to handle plastic waste. Luggage companies aim for the export market by establishing the best quality. Customer requests through Certification Bodies and Government Policies require companies to focus on improving the economy with social welfare and environmentally friendly production. Based on the problems, companies need strategies to overcome production problems while meeting stakeholder expectations. The purpose of this research is to design a sustainable lean six sigma model in a luggage company. The results of the model design are divided into 5 submodels using the DMAIC method, namely Identification of Model Utilization Needs, Sustainability Index, Waste and Defect Analysis, Gaps Improvement from Sustainable Lean Six Sigma Aspects, and Process Control Monitoring. The limitation of this research is when determining the indicators and assessment of weighted DPMO based on expert judgments in the luggage factory, whereas comprehensively the design of the model can be used for various types of business processes. The advantage of this research is that the sustainable lean six sigma model can improve production processes and quality based on customer assessments and needs, as well as improve business processes on the three bottom line aspects of the Sustainability Concept. The results of the validation of the design model show that it can increase the value of Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) by 0.85%, improve quality with conventional sigma values of 0.13, weighted DPMO of 0.09, and improve the Sustainability Index value of 22.62%.
