Model pengukuran kinerja procurement studi kasus : Departemen Procurrement PT Heinz Abc Indonesia
P Pengukuran kinerja Pengadaan (procurement) sangat penting karena procurement bertanggung jawab mengadakan barang/jasa yang dibutuhkan dan secara Iangsung dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan dalam proses pengadaan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang model pengukuran kinerja procurement, dengan studi kasus di PT Heinz ABC Indonesia (Heinz ABC). Heinz ABC adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi makanan dan minuman, antara lain Kecap, Sambal, Ikan Sarden Kaleng, Sirup, Minuman Jus, dsb. Heinz ABC adalah perusahaan multinasional dengan lebih dari 3.000 karyawan di Indonesia. Sebagai perusahaan yang berafiliasi secara global dengan H.J. Heinz Co. di Amerika Serikat, Heinz ABC turut menerapkan konsep Management By Objectives (MBO) sebagai metode mengukur kinerja karyawan yang juga digunakan oleh afiliasi lain. Tidak terkecuali dengan Departemen Procurement. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) procurement §-tidal digunakan selama satii tahun. Model pengukuran kinerja procurement diperoleh dengan melakukan analisa sistem untuk mengetahui kelemahan sistem saat ini dan dan kebutuhan di masa yang akan datang. Selanjutnya perancangan model terdiri dari identifikasi KPI Procurement, perancangan proses pengukuran kinerja, dan perancangan infrastruktur pengukuran kinerja. Model pengukuran kinerja yang dihasilkan itietiggiiiiakaii 4 (empat) KPI Procurement yang keiiiiidiati menggunakan pendekatan AHP (analytical hierarchy process), yaitu working capital (24%), purchase price variance (54%), specification and supplier reduction (14%) dan supplier management (8%). Proses pengukuran kinerja menggunakan tabel dashboard KPI Procurement dengan skor antara 0 sampai 100 poin. Infrastruktur pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan adalah tabel data hasil laporaii SySterri Heinz ABC dari kerriudian dimasukari kedalafri dashboard KPI Procurement. Hasil verifikasi model menunjukan bahwa logika model telah sesuai dengan tujuan pemodelan. Model dinyatakan valid oleh ahli, yaitu dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dengan beberapa penyesuaian proses dan infrastruktur pengukuran kinerja.
P Procurement performance measurement is very important because procurement is responsible for procuring the goods/services needed and can directly affect the company's profitability in the procurement process. The purpose of this study is to design a procurement performance measurement model, with a case study at PT Heinz ABC Indonesia (Heinz ABC). Heinz ABC is a company that produces food and beverages, including Soy Sauce, Sambal, Canned Sardines, Syrup, Juice Drinks, etc. Heinz ABC is a multinational company with more than 3,000 employees in Indonesia. As a globally affiliated company with H.J. Heinz Co. in the United States, Heinz ABC also applies the concept of Management By Objectives (MBO) as a method of measuring employee performance which is also used by other affiliates. The Procurement Department is no exception. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for -tidal procurement were used for one year. The procurement performance measurement model is obtained by conducting a system analysis to determine the current system weaknesses and future needs. Furthermore, the design of the model consists of identifying the Procurement KPI, designing the performance measurement process, and designing the performance measurement infrastructure. The performance measurement model produced consists of 4 (four) Procurement KPIs that are followed by using the AHP (analytical hierarchy process) approach, namely working capital (24%), purchase price variance (54%), specification and supplier reduction (14%) and supplier management. (8%). The performance measurement process uses the Procurement KPI dashboard table with a score between 0 to 100 points. The performance measurement infrastructure used is a table of data resulting from SySterri Heinz ABC's reports from data entered into the Procurement KPI dashboard. The results of the model verification show that the logic of the model is in accordance with the modeling objectives. The model is declared valid by experts, which can be used by companies with some process adjustments and performance measurement infrastructure.
