P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Culture terhadap Employee Performance dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction pada karyawan PT. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Selatan.Datadalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 156 karyawanBPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai metode penarikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah metodedescriptive statistics danStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24 dan AMOS versi 24. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Employee Performance, pengaruh positifPerception of Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Job Satisfaction, pengaruh positifOrganizational Culture terhadap Employee Performance, pengaruh positifOrganizational Culture terhadap Job Satisfaction, pengaruh positifJob Satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance, pengaruh positifPerception of Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Employee Performance dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction, dan pengaruh positifOrganizational Culture terhadap Employee Performance dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction.Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan di tempat kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan PCSR dengan tersedianya program leadership kepada calon karyawan baru sehingga ke depannya para karyawan baru tersebut akan memiliki kemampuan memimpin di masa depan guna meningkatkan produktivitas di tempat kerja

T This study aims to analyze the influences of Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Culture Towards Employee Performance Mediation by Job Satisfaction for Employees of PT. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan South Jakarta. The data in this study were collected from 156 employees of the South Jakarta Employment BPJS by using purposive sampling as the sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SPSS version 24 and AMOS version 24. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate that there is a positive influence of Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility on Employee Performance, positive influence of Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility on Job Satisfaction, positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, positive influence of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction, positive influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, the positive influence of Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility on Employee Performance is mediated by Job Satisfaction, and the positive influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance is mediated by Job Satisfaction. The results of this study provide information that job satisfaction felt by employees at work can improve employee performance. The managerial implication that can be given in this research is to increase PCSR by providing leadership programs to new prospective employees so that in the future these new employees will have the ability to lead in the future to increase productivity in the workplace.
