T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Task Significance, Proactive Personality, Training terhadap Work Engagement pada karyawan frontline Pranaya Boutique Hotel, BSD, Tangerang Selatan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah karyawan frontline. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan statistik deskriptif melalui program SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif task significance terhadap work engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif proactive personality terhadap work engagement, dan terdapat pengaruh positif training terhadap work engagement.Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Task Significance, Proactive Personality, Training, Work Engagement.

T The purpose of this study was to analyse the influence of Task Significance, Proactive Personality, and Training on Work Engaement at frontline employee Pranaya Boutique Hotel, BSD, Tangerang Selatan. The sample used in this study were 50 respondents using purposive sampling method and the sample used in this study were frontline employees. This research uses simple regression analysis and descriptive statistic through SPSS version 24. Based on the results of hypotheses testing it can be concluded there is a positive influence of Task Significance on Work Engagement, there is a positive influence of Proactive Personality on Work Engagement, there is a positive influence of Training on Work Engagement. As the practical implications can be used to the company to maintain Task Significance, Proactive Personality, Training, Work Engagement
