T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh discipline, jobsatisfaction, training terhadap performance.Model teoritis dengan hubungan hipotesis dikembangkan dan diuji denganbantuan struktural equation model persamaan struktural di AMOS. Penelitian inimenggunakan kuesioner dalam mengumpulkan data dari 179 karyawan PT IndofoodCBP Sukses Makmur Tbk sebagai responden berjumlah .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh positif discipline terhadapperformance, terdapat pengaruh positif job satisfaction terhadap performance, danpengaruh positif training terhadap performance.
T The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of discipline, job satisfaction,training on performance.Theoretical models with hypothetical relationships were developed and tested withthe help of structural equation models in AMOS. This study uses a questionnaire incollecting data from 179 employees of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk as thenumber of respondents.The results of this study indicate that the positive effect of discipline on performance,there is a positive effect of job satisfaction on performance, and the positive effect oftraining on performance.
