A ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh emotional intelligence dan transformational leadership terhadap job performance yang di mediasi oleh job satisfaction. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji hipotesis, yang bertujuan untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel menggunakan Structual Equation Model (SEM). Jumlah sampel 241 karyawan yang bekerja pada Hotel Bintang 2 di Jakarta Pusat yang diambil menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh langsung antara emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, job satisfaction terhadap job performance, serta pengaruh tidak langsung job satisfaction yang memediasi antara emotional intelligence dan transformational leadership terhadap job performance. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah pimpinan memberikan contoh bagaimana seorang dapat mengontrol emosi dengan baik terhadap emosi orang lain sehingga dapat diterapkan oleh karyawan, pimpinan juga dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, memberikan kesempatan dalam pemberian tugas kepada karyawan secara adil.

A ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership on job performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The research design used in this research uses the hypothesis testing method, which aims to test whether or not there is an influence between variables using the Structual Equation Model (SEM). The total sample was 241 employees who worked at 2 Star Hotels in Central Jakarta taken using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The results of this test show that there is a direct influence between emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, job satisfaction on job performance, as well as an indirect influence of job satisfaction which mediates between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership on job performance. The managerial implication of this research is that leaders provide an example of how someone can control their emotions well over other people\\\'s emotions so that they can be implemented by employees. Leaders can also create a conducive environment, providing opportunities to assign tasks to employees fairly.
