P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived OrganizationalSupport terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour yang dimediasi oleh JobSatisfaction dan Affective Organizational Commitment pada perawat di beberapa Rumah Sakit Swasta di Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala interval.Responden sebanyak 260 orang. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah:SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dan AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari seluruh variabel penelitian terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Selain itu variabelJob Satisfaction dan Affective Organizational Commitment terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh yang positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Hasil penelitian ini di harapkan mampu menjadi salah satu bahan pertimbangan bagi manajerial perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior secara langsung atau tidak langsung melalui Job Satisfaction danAffective Organizational Commitment.

T The purpose of study is to analyse the Effect of Perceived Organizational Support onOrganizational Citizenship Behaviour Mediated by Job Satisfaction and AffectiveOrganizational Commitment in Private Hospital Nurses in Jakarta. The research usedquantitative methods using a questionnaire as a data collection method. Themeasurement scale in this study used an interval scale to assess the order of the mostimportant and significant values. Respondents in this study were 260 nurses in someprivate hospitals. Meanwhile, the tools used to process the data are: SEM (StructuralEquation Modelling) and AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures). From the results ofthe study, it shows that it has a positive and significant influence on all researchvariables on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. In addition, the variables of JobSatisfaction and Affective Organizational Commitment have been shown to mediate apositive relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.The results of this study are expected to be one of the considerations for the company'smanagerial in improving employee performance through Organizational CitizenshipBehaviour directly or indirectly through Job Satisfaction and Affective OrganizationalCommitment.
