Pengaruh training, leadership dan affective commitment terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction pada PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh training, leadership danaffective commitment terhadap employee performance melalui job satisfaction padaPT Kilang Pertamina Internasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian inimerupakan data primer ynag diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada 200Pekerja di PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional periode November – Desember 2022.Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan AMOS 18.0 dan SPSS 20.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa training memiliki pengaruh yang positifdan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh yangpositif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, affective commitment memilikipengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, training tidakmemiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance,leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employeeperformance, affective commitment memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanterhadap employee performance, job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh yang positifdan signifikan terhadap employee performance, job satisfaction secara penuhmemediasi dari training ke employee performance, job satisfaction tidakmemediasi dari leadership ke employee performance dan job satisfactionmemediasi secara parsial dari affective commitment ke employee performance.
T This research aims to analyze the effect of training, leadership, and affectivecommitment on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT KilangPertamina Internasional. The data used in this study is primary research dataacquired by distributing a questionnaire to 200 workers at PT Kilang PertaminaInternasional from November to December 2022. The data analysis was analyzedby using AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 20.0.The study results show that training had a positive and significant effect onjob satisfaction, leadership had no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction,and affective commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.Other results are that training had no positive and significant effect on employeeperformance, leadership had no positive and significant effect on employeeperformance, and affective commitment had a positive and significant effect onemployee performance, job satisfaction fully mediates from training to employeeperformance, job satisfaction does not mediate from leadership to employeeperformance, and job satisfaction partially mediates from affective commitment toemployee performance.
