T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisi Pengaruh Strategic Orientation Terhadap Job Performance dimediasi Work Motivation pada karyawan PT JBA Indonesia di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari non-probabilitysampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji GOF, uji sobel test, serta uji hipotesis yang diolah dengan software SPSS versi 22.0, Amos versi 22.0 dan kalkulator sobel test. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yang didapat sesuai kriteria dengan metode pengambilan sebanyak 115 karyawan PT JBA Indonesia dari 2 kantor cabang dan 1 kantor pusat di Jakarta Barat . Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dan kuesioner yang disebar secara online.Hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa strategic orientationberpengaruh positif terhadapwork motivation, work motivation berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance, strategic orientationberpengaruh positif terhadapjob performance, dan strategic orientationberpengaruh positif terhadapjob performance dimediasiwork motivation. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajemen perusahan agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan melalui strategic orientationdan dimediasi work motivationuntuk meningkatkan job performance.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Strategic Orientation on Job Performance mediated by Work Motivation on employees of PT JBA Indonesia in West Jakarta. This study uses purposive sampling technique which is part of non-probability sampling and data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, GOF test, sobel test, and hypothesis testing processed with SPSS version 22.0 software, Amos version 22.0 and sobel test calculator. Data collection in this study were obtained according to the criteria with a sampling method of 115 employees of PT JBA Indonesia from 2 branch offices and 1 head office in West Jakarta. This study uses cross sectional and questionnaires distributed online. The results of this study indicate that strategic orientation has a positive effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on job performance, strategic orientation has a positive effect on job performance, and strategic orientation has a positive effect on job performance mediated by work motivation. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide input for company management in order to increase employee motivation through strategic orientation and mediated work motivation to improve job performance
