P PT.
P PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor (SIM) is a company engaged in manufacturing in the automotive sector. Accuracy in determining vendor performance indicators will be an advantage for the company in conducting strict and competitive supplier evaluations. This study aims to design a supplier performance assessment model. The flow of this research process is to analyze the current system and see its weaknesses and needs, which is the basis for modeling the system to be better. By asking for opinions from experts and using the decision-making method, namely AHP (analytical hierarchy process), 4 performance assessment criteria were obtained consisting of quality, delivery, cost and response criteria. Verifying by taking data from one of the suppliers, the result is that the model that is built can issue values according to the assessment standards that have been set and can be implemented. The results of validation from several experts are Judging from the content of the assessment carried out, it already covers customer needs, namely quality, cost and service. These criteria can make suppliers even tighter in competing and making improvements. The conclusion is designing a supplier performance assessment model by carrying out 3 stages of basic principles, namely criteria and sub-criteria, processes and infrastructure that produce a performance assessment model and their respective weights consisting of quality criteria 1 (46%); sub-criteria (PACS (45%), Warranty Claim (11%), Quality Audit (44%)), delivery (24%); (Stop line, Kepping etc. (100%), cost (8%); (Costdown 100%) and response (22%); (Problem PACS (44%), Problem FT1R (7%), Problem Finding Audit (38%), Problem Stop Line, Kepping etc. (11%)).
