Pengaruh penerapan lean supply chain management dan adopsi teknologi blockchain sistem jaminan halal terhadap daya saing perusahaan makanan dan minuman di jabodetabek
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhidaya saing pada industri makanan dan minuman di Jabodetabek. Faktor-faktordaya saing perusahaan difokuskan pada lean supply chain management, adopsiteknologi blockchain sistem jaminan halal, kinerja operasional, efektivitas kinerjarantai pasok halal, efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok halal. Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini merupakan data primer merupakan data yang didapatkan secaralangsung ke lapangan yang menjadi objek penelitian. Sampel penelitian dipilihmenggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebelas perusahaan industriindustri makanan dan minuman di Jabobetabek dengan total 221 responden.Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional, di mana data dikumpulkan hanyasekali selama satu bulan di periode Oktober 2023. Analisis data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengolahan data Structural Equation Model(SEM) yang digunakan untuk memeriksa dan membenarkan suatu hipotesis yangtelah diuji pada penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leansupply chain management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasional.Adopsi teknologi blockchain sistem jaminan halal berpengaruh positif terhadapefektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok halal. Kinerja operasional danefektivitas serta efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok halal berpengaruh positif terhadapdaya saing perusahaan. Lean supply chain management dan adopsi teknologiblockchain sistem jaminan halal tidak secara langsung berpengaruh positifterhadap daya saing perusahaan. Kinerja operasional terbukti memiliki peranmediasi sempurna antara lean supply chain management dengan daya saingperusahaan. Efektvitas dan efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok halal terbukti memilikiperan mediasi sempurna antara adopsi teknologi blockchain sistem jaminan halaldengan daya saing perusahaan. Perusahaan harus mampu mengoptimalkankualitas produk, mengadopsi teknologi blockchain, mengelola rantai pasokandengan efisien dan efektif, merespons perubahan pasar dengan cepat dan memilikihubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan mitra bisnis untuk mencapai dayasaing yang lebih baik dan dapat bekerja lebih baik di industri makanan danminuman.
A Aims of this research is to analyze the factors influencing competitiveness in thefood and beverage industry in Jabodetabek. The factors affecting companycompetitiveness focus on lean supply chain management, the adoption ofblockchain technology for halal assurance systems, operational performance, theeffectiveness of halal supply chain performance, and the efficiency of halal supplychain performance. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directlyfrom the field, which is the object of research. The research sample was selectedusing purposive sampling, resulting in eleven food and beverage industrycompanies in Jabodetabek with a total of 221 respondents. This research uses across-sectional approach, where data is collected only once during a one-monthperiod in October 2023. The data analysis in this study uses Structural EquationModel (SEM) data processing, which is used to examine and confirm a hypothesisthat has been tested in previous research. The results show that lean supply chainmanagement has a positive effect on operational performance. The adoption ofblockchain technology for halal assurance systems has a positive effect on theeffectiveness and efficiency of halal supply chain performance. Operationalperformance, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of halal supply chainperformance, have a positive effect on the competitiveness of the company. Leansupply chain management and the adoption of blockchain technology for halalassurance systems do not directly have a positive effect on the competitiveness ofthe company. Operational performance is proven to have a perfect mediating rolebetween lean supply chain management and the competitiveness of the company.The effectiveness and efficiency of halal supply chain performance are proven tohave a perfect mediating role between the adoption of blockchain technology forhalal assurance systems and the competitiveness of the company. Companies mustbe able to optimize product quality, adopt blockchain technology, manage thesupply chain efficiently and effectively, respond quickly to market changes, andhave good relationships with customers and business partners to achieve bettercompetitiveness and perform better in the food and beverage industry.
