Anteseden dan konsekuensi affective well-being karyawan Departemen Coal Processing Plant pada PT. Kaltim Prima Coal Sanggata Kutai Timur
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh job stress, violence prevention climate, dan positive humor style, negative humor style terhadap affective well-being serta pengaruh affective well-being terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) Departemen Coal Processing Plant (CPP) di Sangatta Kutai Timur Kalimantan Timur. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah job stress, violence prevention climate, humor style dan affective well-being dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah organizational citizenship behavior. Data dikumpulkan dari 101 karyawan yang bekerja pada departemen Coal Processing Plant (CPP) dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh negatif job stress terhadap affective well-being dan pengaruh positif antara violence prevention climate dan positive humor style terhadap affective well-being, terdapat pengaruh negatif antara negative humor style terhadap affective well-being serta terdapat pengaruh positif antara affective well-being terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Implikasi bagi manajer adalah untuk mengelola tingkat job stress pada karyawan agar tidak tinggi, meningkatkan persepsi karyawan terkait penerapan violence prevention climate, karyawan memiliki positive humor style dan tidak memiliki negative humor style dalam bekerja, memonitor bagaimana affective well-being yang dirasakan karyawan, serta memonitor organizational citizenship behavior yang tumbuh pada karyawan. Implikasi manajerial yang dapat diberikan agar perusahaan dapat memperhatikan tingkat job stress karyawan, persepsi karyawan mengenai violence prevention climate dan penerapan humor style yang dapat mempengaruhi affective well-being karyawan sehingga dapat meningkatkan dan menumbuhkan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan.
T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job stress, violence prevention climate, and positive humor style, negative humor style on affective well-being and the influence of affective well-being on organizational citizenship behavior on PT. Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC), Department of Coal Processing Plant (CPP) in Sangatta, East Kutai, East Kalimantan. The independent variables in this study are job stress, violence prevention climate, humor style and affective well-being and the dependent variable in this study is organizational citizenship behavior. data were collected from 101 employees who work at the Coal Processing Plant (CPP) department. The data collection technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing used in this study using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a negative effect of job stress on affective wellbeing and a positive influence on the violence prevention climate and positive humor on affective wellbeing, there is a negative influence between negative humor style on affective wellbeing and there is a positive effect between affective well-being on organizational citizenship behavior. The implication for managers is to increase job stress in employees so that they are not high, increase employee perceptions regarding the application of violence prevention climate, employees have a positive humor style and do not have a negative humor style at work, monitor how the employees' affective well-being is perceived, and monitor organizational citizenship behavior that grows in employees.Managerial implications can be given so that companies can monitor the level of job stress of employees, employee perceptions of violence prevention climate and the application of humor style which can affect employee affective well-being so as to increase and foster organizational citizenship behavior in employees.
