Pengaruh job stress terhadap psychological well-being dan turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh job burnout pada karyawan PT. Mayora Indah Tbk
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Stress terhadap Psychological well-being dan Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Job Burnout pada karyawan PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden yang didapat sesuai dengan kriteria dengan metode pengambilan sampel sebanyak 110 karyawan dari 2 kantor cabang pembantu di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Uji penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS 21 & AMOS 22 untuk menguji hubungan Job stress, Job Burnout, Psychological Well-Being, dan Turnover Intention. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Job Stress memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Job Burnout, Job Burnout memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap Psychological well-being, Job Burnout memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Stress memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap Psychological Well-Being, Job Stress memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, Job Stress memiliki pengaruh terhadap Psychological well-being yang dimediasi oleh Job Burnout, dan Job Stress memiliki pengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Job Burnout. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajemen perusahaan agar dapat mengurangi Job Stress yang dirasakan karyawan PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, dan dapat menurunkan tingkat Turnover Intention.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress on Psychological Well-Being and Turnover Intention wich is mediated by Job Burnout In Employees at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk. This research used respondents obtained according to the criteria using a sampling method of 110 employees from 2 sub-branch offices in Jakarta and Tangerang. This research test used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and data analysis was carried out using SPSS 21 & AMOS 22 software to test the relationship between Job stress, Job Burnout, Psychological Well-Being, and Turnover Intention. The research results show that Job Stress has a positive influence on Job Burnout, Job Burnout has a negative influence on Psychological Well-Being, Job Burnout has a positive influence on Turnover Intention, Job Stress has a negative influence on Psychological Well-Being, Job Stress has a positive influence on Turnover Intention, Job Stress have an influence on Psychological well-being which is mediated by Job Burnout, and Job Stress has an influence on Turnover Intention which is mediated by Job Burnout. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide input for company management to reduce job stress felt by PT employees. Mayora Indah Tbk, and can reduce the level of Turnover Intention.
