Abstract

P PT Agincourt Resources meningkatkan target produksi ore untuk tahun ini. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah tailing yang dihasilkan dari proses pengolahan ore, tailing tersebut dialirkan menuju area penampungan tailing yaitu Tailing Storage Facility. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan konstruksi meninggikan area Tailing Storage Facility sehingga daya tampung tailing lebih besar. Penelitian menggunakan metoda komparasi produktivitas plan dan aktual serta cara mencapai target produksi. Kegiatan konstruksi Tailing Storage Facility menggunakan alat mekanis berupa Excavator dan Articulated Dump Truck untuk pengupasan dan pemindahan overburden dengan target produksi sebesar 227.433 bcm/bulan. Pada kenyataannya produksi yang dihasilkan sebesar 188.773 bcm/bulan, disimpulkan target produksi belum tercapai. Pada kondisi ini, perlu upaya meningkatkan nilai produktivitas dengan meminimalisir lost time hambatan dan standarisasi fatigue management. Setelah evaluasi, nilai produktivitas berubah menjadi 195.161 bcm/bulan. Upaya peningkatan tersebut belum mampu mencapai target produksi. Maka cara terakhir yang digunakan yaitu penambahan jumlah alat. Jumlah unit yang diperlukan pada kondisi ini adalah 3 unit Excavator dan 20 unit Articulated Dump Truck dengan tingkat produksi yang dihasilkan sebesar 235.966 bcm/bulan

P PT Agincourt Resources increase ore production target for this year. This resulted in an increase in the amount of tailings produced from the processing of ore, tailings flowed towards the tailings storage area which is Tailings Storage Facility. It is necessary for the construction activities to elevate the area Tailing Storage Facility so that the tailings get larger capacity. The study used a comparative method plan and actual productivity as well as how to achieve the production target. Construction activities Tailing Storage Facility using mechanical means such as Excavator and Articulated Dump Truck for stripping and removal overburden with production target of 227.433 bcm/month. In fact, the resulting production of 188.773 bcm/month, concluded the production target has not been reached. In this condition, need an efforts to increase the value of lost productivity by minimizing the time constraints and fatigue management standardization. After the evaluation, the value of productivity turn into 195.161 bcm/month. The improvement efforts have not been able to achieve production targets. So the last method used is the addition of a tool. The number of units required under these conditions are 3 units Excavator and 20 units Articulated Dump Truck with production level generated by 235.966 bcm/month.
