Abstrak
Abstract

C Conveyor diperlukan untuk menjadi alat transportasi material yang akan disortir.Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini membuat hampir semua peralatanindustri menggunakan sistem kendali otomatis. Banyak jenis sistem kendali yangdigunakan, seperti sistem kendali berbasis mikrokontroler, komputer, dan PLC.Sistem kendali mikrokontroler digunakan karena dinilai memiliki kemudahandalam pengoperasiannya serta harga yang relatif murah dibanding sistem kendalilainnya. Pada penelitian ini sistem penyortiran barang yang digunakan berdasarkanwarna dengan memakai sensor warna TCS3200 yang memiliki fungsi untukmemilih meletakkan barang sesuai warna yang telah ditentukan pada posisi warnatempat masing-masing. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistemkendali mikrokontroler yaitu Arduino Uno dan motor stepper sebagai motorpenggeraknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar membantu danmempermudah pekerjaan manusia dalam menyortir barang berdasarkan warna.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, tingkat keberhasilan sensor warna TCS3200 padapenelitian ini adalah 80%.

C Conveyors are needed to be a means of transporting materials to be sorted. Therapid development of technology today makes almost all industrial equipment usean automatic control system. Many types of control systems are used, such ascontrol systems based on microcontrollers, computers, and PLCs. Themicrocontroller control system is used because it is considered to have ease inoperation and the price is relatively cheap compared to other control systems. Inthis study, the goods sorting system used is based on color using the TCS3200 colorsensor which has a function to choose to place goods according to the color that hasbeen determined in the color position of each place. This research was conductedusing a microcontroller control system, namely Arduino Uno and a stepper motoras the driving motor. This research was conducted with the aim of helping andfacilitating human work in sorting goods by color. Based on the test results, thesuccess rate of the TCS3200 color sensor in this study was 80%.
