T The packaging process for a product is important in a company\'s production flow. The failure of the target achieved by the powder production process in the past 3 years was due to abnormal equipment conditions in the Powder Filling System which was the highest contributor to process failure. Equipment analysis using the Fishbone diagram will produce several possible potential triggers that occur from existing failure modes. FMEA (Failure Modes and Effect Analysis) is an analysis used to obtain RPN (Risk Priority Number), the object with the highest RPN value which will be the focus of improvement. FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) is an analysis used to identify the risk of damage that often occurs when an object fails. The high production output is not comparable to the normal condition of the machine\'s filling system. The difference between the desired weight and the one produced as well as the issue of lifetime is also one of the reasons for carrying out Improvement Maintenance in the form of modifications to the Filling Box System on all powder production lines. The implementation of the results of the Improvement Maintenance carried out is expected to reduce approximately 50% of cost losses & duration of equipment filling box system breakdown.
