Perbandingan kinerja pelayanan metromini di terminal blok m dan terminal kalideres
T Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan kinerja pelayanan metromini di Terminal Blok M dan Terminal Kalideres, Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif-deskriptif, dengan analisis frekuensi. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode survai, dengan mengobservasi sampel 4 (empat) trayek metronini pagi dan sore di kedua terminal tersebut. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Dari segi kinerja metromini di Terminal Blok M dan Terminal Kalideres, dapat terbagi atas dua hal, yakni pelayanan yang terkait dengan kecepatan waktu, dan pelayanan non-kecepatan. Untuk pelayanan dari segi kecepatan waktu, kinerja metro mini di kedua terminal tersebut sudah relatif baik. Namun kinerja dari segi non-kecepatan, begitu banyak hal yang harus diperbaiki dari kinerja metromini tersebut; (2) Dari segi desain terminal, desain antrean tunggal pelayanan ganda sejajar dan dikonstruksi permanen seperti yang diterapkan diTerminal Blok M sudah bagus. (3) Adapun solusi untuk efektivitas waktu transit untuk sistem antrian jalur seperti Blok M adalah dengan memperpendek durasi waktu tunggu, yang disertai pengawasan yang berdisiplin, sekaligus penerapan reward and punishment-nya.
T The purpose of this research was to compare the service performance of metromini at Blok M Terminal and Kalideres Terminal, Jakarta. This research used quantitative descriptive research approach, with frequency analysis. The data collection technique used survey method, by observing 4 routes of metromini in the morning and in the afternoon at both terminals. The results of this research showed that: (1) In terms of metromini performance at Blok M and Kalideres Terminal, it can be seen from two perspectives, namely the service associated with the speed of time, and non-speed service. For the service associated with the speed of time, metromini performance at both terminals was relatively good. But if the metromini performance was looked from the other side, the non-speed service, there were still many things that needed to be improved; (2) In terms of terminal design, the design of single queue with parallel double service which has been permanently constructed as applied at Blok M Terminalwas already good; (3) While the solution for transit time effectivity for the path queue like the one in Blok M Terminal is by shortening the duration of transit time, completed by disciplined supervising system, and also reward and punishment system.
