Kajian ketersediaan sarana prasarana pemukiman kota sofifi pasca pemindahan ibukota provinsi maluku utara
P Pembangunan Kota Sofifi sebagai ibu kota provinsi dilakukan oleh pemerintah pusat sehingga menjadi salah satu program prioritas. Kota Baru Sofifi di Provinsi Maluku Utara masih terus dikembangkan secara cepat oleh Pusat Pengembangan Infrastruktur PUPR Wilayah III. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi kualitas Sarana permukiman Kota Sofifi pasca pemindahan Ibukota Provinsi Maluku Utara serta untuk mengkaji perkembangan Sarana dan Prasarana permukiman kota Sofifi pasca pemindahan Ibukota Provinsi Maluku Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana permukiman yang meliputi sarana Pendidikan, sarana Kesehatan, sarana peribadatan perlu dilakukan penambahan unit. T The development of Sofifi City as the provincial capital is carried out by the central government so that it becomes one of the priority programs. Sofifi New Town in North Maluku Province is still being developed rapidly by the PUPR Region III Infrastructure Development Center. This Study aims to identify the quality of Sofifi City settlement facilities after the relocation of the North Maluku Provincial Capital and to examine the development of Sofifi City settlement facilities and infrastructure after the relocation of the North Maluku Provincial Capital. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that in the aspect of the availability of settlement facilities and infrastructure which includes educational facilities, health facilities, worship facilities, additional units need to be added. As for facilities that have been fulfilled, the availability is trade and commercial facilities, and green open space facilities. Adequate settlement infrastructure includes road networks, electricity networks, drainage networks, and clean water networks. As for waste networks, telecommunication networks, and local transportation networks, availability needs to be added. Overall, respondents somewhat agreed with the availability of existing settlement facilities. The quality of electricity network infrastructure, and clean water networks in Sofifi City are still in moderate condition on average. As for wastewater networks, waste networks, telecommunication networks, and disaster mitigation in the good category. There were 49 respondents who were interested in moving to Sofifi City, of which 25 respondents were for reasons when infrastructure facilities had met more. The quality of settlement facilities and infrastructure in Sofifi City is very influential on the interest in moving civil servants to live permanently in Sofifi City.
