L Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan sistem informasi akuntansi pembelian serta perbedaan perlakuan pembelian perlengkapan, persediaan atau barang dagang, dan aset tetap yang diterapkan pada PT Sejuk Elektronik Com. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini pertama menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan berupametode observasi dan metode wawancara dan kedua meggunakan metode studi kepustakaan.Mekanisme yang terjadi dalam pembelian PT Sejuk Elektronik Com meliputi posedur penerimaan pelaku atau user pembelian, prosedur pemesanan barang, prosedur penerimaan barang dari gudang, dan prosedur perhitungan dan pembayaran tagihan. Sistem yang digunakan dalam perusahaan menggunakan sistem yang cukup baik karena sudah terintegrasi sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang baik dan tepat untuk pengambilan keputusan yangdibutuhkan oleh perusahaan, khususnya dalam pembelian karena pembelian sangat penting untuk kelancaran operasional perusahaan
T This Final Report aims to identify and explain purchasing accounting information systems as well as differences in the purchase of equipment, supplies or merchandise, and fixed assets applied to PT Sejuk Elektronik Com. The method used in this paper first uses field research methods in the form of observation methods and interview methods and both use literaturen study method. The mechanisms occurring in the purchase of PT Sejuk Elektronik Com includethe procedure of receipt of the perpetrator or the purchasing user, the ordering procedure of goods, the procedure of receipt of goods from the warehouse, and the procedure of calculating and bill payment. The system used in the company using a good enough system because it is integrated so as to produce good and appropriate information for decision-making required by the company, especially in purchases because the purchase is very important for the smoothoperation of the company.
