E Ekonomi global sekarang mengharuskan tiap-tiap perusahaan bersaing satu denganyang lain untuk tetap terkenal. Inovasi telah menjadi kunci untuk mencapai dayasaing bisnis sejak tahun 1930-an. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmenganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh positif Big Data Enabling terhadapEmployee Intrapreneurship, pengaruh positif Empowerment Focused HRMterhadap Employee Intrapreneurship, pengaruh positif EmployeeIntrapreneurship terhadap innovation Performance, pengaruh positif StructureCapital terhadap Knowladge Sharing, pengaruh positif Human Capital terhadapKnowladge Sharing, pengaruh positif Knowledge sharing terhadap innovationPerformance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana penelitian inimenggunakan data primer untuk mendapatkan sebuah hasil kesimpulan. Data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yangdiperoleh langsung darisample penelitian dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online melaluigoogle forms kepada seluruh karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakniTerdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara Big Data Enabling terhadap EmployeeEntrapreneurship, pengaruh positif signifikan antara Empowerment Focused HRMterhadap Employee Entrepreneurship, pengaruh positif signifikan antara StructuralCapital terhadap Knowledge Sharing, pengaruh positif signifikan antara HumanCapital terhadap Knowledge Sharing, pengaruh positif signifikan antara EmployeeEntrepreneurship terhadap Innovation Performance, pengaruh positif signifikanantara Knowledge Sharing terhadap Innovation Performance.

T Today's global economy requires companies to compete with one another to remainpopular. Innovation has been the key to achieving business competitiveness sincethe 1930s. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is a positive effectof Big Data Enabling on Employee Intrapreneurship, a positive effect onEmpowerment Focused HRM on Employee Intrapreneurship, a positive effect onEmployee Intrapreneurship on innovation Performance, a positive effect onStructure Capital on Knowledge Sharing, a positive effect on Human Capital onKnowledge Sharing , the positive effect of Knowledge sharing on innovationPerformance. This study uses quantitative methods, where this study uses primarydata to obtain a conclusion. The data used in this study are primary data obtaineddirectly from the research sample by distributing questionnaires online via GoogleForms to all employees. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significantpositive effect between Big Data Enabling on Employee Entrepreneurship, asignificant positive effect between Empowerment Focused HRM on EmployeeEntrepreneurship, a significant positive effect between Structural Capital onKnowledge Sharing, a significant positive effect between Human Capital onKnowledge Sharing, a positive effect significant difference between EmployeeEntrepreneurship on Innovation Performance, a significant positive effect betweenKnowledge Sharing on Innovation Performance
