P Pemanfaatan teknologi yang tepat sangat diperlukan sebagai salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dari segi biaya, mutu, dan waktu di dalam dunia konstruksi. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan teknologi precast pada pembangunan perumahan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi precast terhadap pembangunan perumahan. Dengan adanya teknologi precast harapannya mampu mengimbangi permintaan hunian atau backlog rumah yang jumlahnya terus bertambah tiap tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Analisa data menggunakan analisa statistik yang diolah dengan Program SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik diperoleh hasil pengaruh teknologi precast (teknik, sumber daya manusia, dan lingkungan) 41,2% terhadap pembangunan perumahan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58.8% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti
T The use of appropriate technology is needed as an effort to increase efficiency in terms of cost, quality and time in the world of construction. This study aims to determine theapplication of precast technology in housing development and to determine the effect ofprecast technology on housing development. With the precast technology, it is hoped that i will be able to keep up with the demand for housing or the backlog of houses which continues to grow every year. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Analysis of data using statistical analysis processed with the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it was found that the effect of precast technology (techniques, human resources, and environment) 41.2% on housing development. While the remaining 58.8% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.
