P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh psychologicalcapital, job satisfaction, dan employee engagement terhadap job performance padakaryawan di perusahaan freight forwarder di Jakarta beserta cabangnya di Semarangdan Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan dari 107 karyawan yang masih aktif bekerjadengan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana dengan software SPSSversi 25. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh positif psychological capital terhadap job performance, pengaruh positifjob satisfaction terhadap job performance, dan terdapat pengaruh positif employeeengagement terhadap job performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapatmemberikan masukan bagi manajer untuk meningkatkan variabel job performancedengan mempertahankan tingkat psychological capital, job satisfaction, danemployee engagemen pada karyawan di perusahaan freight forwarder tersebut.

T The purpose of this research is to analyze how the effect of psychological capital, jobsatisfaction, and employee engagement on job performance of employees at freightforwarder company in Jakarta which have branches in Semarang and Surabaya.Data were collected from 107 employees who were still actively working with a nonprobabilitysampling technique using a purposive sampling method. The dataanalysis method used is simple regression with SPSS software version 25. The resultsof testing the hypothesis in this study show that there is a positive effect ofpsychological capital on job performance, a positive effect of job satisfaction on jobperformance, and a positive effect of employee engagement on job performance. Theresults of this study are expected to provide input for managers to improve jobperformance variables by maintaining levels of psychological capital, jobsatisfaction, and employee engagement among employees at the freight forwardercompany.
