P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate SocialResponsibility, Continuous Process Imporovement Orientation terhadap TurnoverIntention. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 101 karyawan PT.Universe Transportindo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalahNonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode analisis model persamaan struktural (SEM).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Terdapat pengaruh negative CorporateSocial Responsibility terhadap Turnover Intention, 2. Terdapat pengaruh positifContinuous Process Improvement Orientation terhadap Turnover Intention.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility,Continuous Process Improvement toward Turnover Intention. The data were obtainedfrom distributing questionnaires to 101 employees of PT, Universe Transportindo. Thesampling technique used was Nonprobability Sampling with using slovin formula. Thisstudy using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).The result of this study indicates that : 1. there are negative influences ofcorporate social responsibility to turnover intention,. 2. there are positive influences ofcontinuous process improvement orientation to turnover intention.
