Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi enviromental performance pada karyawan industri tekstil di kota tangerang
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management dan Strategic Human Resource Management terhadap Enviromental Performance yang dimediasi oleh Green Innovation. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dengan mengambil sampel dari karyawan di beberapa Indusrti Tekstil yang ada di Kota Tangerang. Rancangan pada penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara cross sectional. Data yang bersifat data primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui g- form yang diisi oleh 277 karyawan Industri Tekstil di Kota Tangerang. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yakni pengujian instrumen seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta structural equation modeling (SEM) dan uji statistic deskriptif dengan menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Resource Management dan Strategic Human Resource Management yang dimediasi oleh Green Innovation secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Enviromental Performance. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan pengaruh bagi perusahaan kedepannya guna meningkatkan Green Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Green Innovation, dan Enviromental Performance pada karyawan.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management and Strategic Human Resource Management on Enviromental Performance mediated by Green Innovation. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and survey method by taking samples from employees in several textile industries in Tangerang City. The design of this research was carried out through hypothesis testing. Data collection was cross sectional. The data is primary data and was collected by distributing questionnaires via g-form filled out by 277 employees of the Textile Industry in Tangerang City. The data processing techniques used are instrument testing such as validity and reliability tests and structural equation modeling (SEM) and descriptive statistical tests using SPSS and AMOS. The results showed that Green Human Resource Management and Strategic Human Resource Management mediated by Green Innovation significantly affect Environmental Performance. From this research, it is hoped that this research can have an influence on future companies in order to improve Green Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Green Innovation, and Enviromental Performance on employees.
