P Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh CorporateEnvironmental Ethics, Green Creativity, dan Green Innovation terhadap GreenCompetitive Advantage pada perusahaan Paragon Technology and InnovationJakarta. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis (hypothesis testing).Implikasi Pengumpulan data berlangsung secara Cross Sectional dan bersifat dataprimer, Adapun data dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui G-fromyang diisi oleh 165 karyawan PT Paragon and Innovation Jakarta Selatan dan diukurdengan skala likert. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yakni pengujian ujistatistik deskriptif menggunakan meitodei reigreisi beirganda SPSS versi21. hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Corporate Environmental Ethics berpengaruhpositif terhadap Green Competitive Advantage, (2) Green Creativity berpengaruhpositif terhadap Green Competitive Advantage, (3) Green Innovation memilikipengaruh positif terhadap Green Competitive Advantage. Implikasi yangdisarankan oleh manajer perusahaan perlu untuk terus mempertahankan CorporateEnvironmental Ethics pihak perusahaan bisa lebih memperhatikan karyawannyalagi membuat program dengan cara mengembangkan dan memasarkan produk yanglebih ramah lingkungan dengan menggunakan bahan baku yang lebih berkelanjutandan proses produksi yang minim limbah. Serta meningkatkan dukungan merekatidak hanya dari para atasan atau manajer melainkan sesama karyawan diperusahaan Kosmetik.

T This study was made with the aim of examining the effect of CorporateEnvironmental Ethics, Green Creativity, and Green Innovation on GreenCompetitive Advantage at the Paragon Technology and Innovation Jakartacompany. This research design uses hypothesis testing. Implications Data collectiontakes place in a CrossSectional manner and is primary data, The data was collectedby distributing questionnaires via G-from which were filled in by 165 employees ofPT Paragon and Innovation South Jakarta and measured on a Likert scale. Thedata processing technique used is descriptive statistical test testing using themultiple regression method of SPSS version 21. the results showed that: (1)Corporate Environmental Ethics has a positive effect on Green CompetitiveAdvantage, (2) Green Creativity has a positive effect on Green CompetitiveAdvantage, (3) Green Innovation has a positive influence on Green CompetitiveAdvantage. The implications suggested by company managers need to continue tomaintain Corporate Environmental Ethics, the company can pay more attention toits employees again by creating programs by developing and marketing productsthat are more environmentally friendly by using more sustainable raw materialsand a minimal waste production process. As well as increasing their support notonly from superiors or managers but fellow employees in the Cosmetics company.
